This paper examined the value and impact of obtaining stakeholder input in the design of long-term care facilities. Most previous literature focused on obtaining input from an architect’s or nurse’s perspective, and very few studies have analyzed input from the residents—the primary stakeholder (Woo, Mak, Cheng & Choy, 2011).
