Existence of solutions of some quadratic integral equations
In this paper we study the existence of continuous solutions of quadratic integral equations. The theory of quadratic integral equations has many useful applications in mathematical physics, economics, biology, as well as in describing real world problems. The main tool used in our investigations is a fixed point result for the multivalued solution's map with acyclic values
Convex Solutions of a Nonlinear Integral Equation of Urysohn Type
We study the solvability of a nonlinear integral equation of Urysohn type. Using the technique of measures of noncompactness we prove that under certain assumptions this equation possesses solutions that are convex of order for each , with being a given integer. A concrete application of the results obtained is presented.</p
Global Asymptotic Stability for Nonlinear Functional Integral Equation of Mixed Type
The existence results of global asymptotic stability of the solution are proved for
functional integral equation of mixed type. The measure of noncompactness and the fixed-point
theorem of Darbo are the main tools in carrying out our proof. Furthermore, some examples are
given to show the efficiency and usefulness of the main findings
