    Quasi Variational Inclusions Involving Three Operators

    In this paper, we consider some new classes of the quasi-variational inclusions involving three monotone operators. Some interesting problems such as variational inclusions involving sum of two monotone operators, difference of two monotone operators, system of absolute value equations, hemivariational inequalities and variational inequalities are the special cases of quasi variational inequalities. It is shown that quasi-variational inclusions are equivalent to the implicit fixed point problems. Some new iterative methods for solving quasi-variational inclusions and related optimization problems are suggested by using resolvent methods, resolvent equations and dynamical systems coupled with finite difference technique. Convergence analysis of these methods is investigated under monotonicity. Some special cases are discussed as applications of the main results

    We introduce and study a class of new general systems of set-valued variational inclusions involving (A,η)-maximal relaxed monotone operators in Hilbert spaces. By using the general resolvent operator technique associated with (A,η)-maximal relaxed monotone operators, we construct some new iterative algorithms for finding approximation solutions to the general system of set-valued variational inclusion problem and prove the convergence of this algorithm. Our results improve and extend some known results

    A System of Generalized Variational Inclusions Involving a New Monotone Mapping in Banach Spaces

    We introduce a new monotone mapping in Banach spaces, which is an extension of the -monotone mapping studied by Nazemi (2012), and we generalize the variational inclusion involving the -monotone mapping. Based on the new monotone mapping, we propose a new proximal mapping which combines the proximal mapping studied by Nazemi (2012) with the mapping studied by Lan et al. (2011) and show its Lipschitz continuity. Based on the new proximal mapping, we give an iterative algorithm. Furthermore, we prove the convergence of iterative sequences generated by the algorithm under some appropriate conditions. Our results improve and extend corresponding ones announced by many others

    A class of differential hemivariational inequalities in Banach spaces

    In this paper we investigate an abstract system which consists of a hemivariational inequality of parabolic type combined with a nonlinear evolution equation in the framework of an evolution triple of spaces which is called a differential hemivariational inequality [(DHVI), for short]. A hybrid iterative system corresponding to (DHVI) is introduced by using a temporally semi-discrete method based on the backward Euler difference scheme, i.e., the Rothe method, and a feedback iterative technique. We apply a surjectivity result for pseudomonotone operators and properties of the Clarke subgradient operator to establish existence and a priori estimates for solutions to an approximate problem. Finally, through a limiting procedure for solutions of the hybrid iterative system, the solvability of (DHVI) is proved without imposing any convexity condition on the nonlinear function u↦f(t,x,u) and compactness of C0-semigroup eA(t)

    A class of fractional differential hemivariational inequalities with application to contact problem

    In this paper, we study a class of generalized differential hemivariational inequalities of parabolic type involving the time fractional order derivative operator in Banach spaces. We use the Rothe method combined with surjectivity of multivalued pseudomonotone operators and properties of the Clarke generalized gradient to establish existence of solution to the abstract inequality. As an illustrative application, a frictional quasistatic contact problem for viscoelastic materials with adhesion is investigated, in which the friction and contact conditions are described by the Clarke generalized gradient of nonconvex and nonsmooth functionals, and the constitutive relation is modeled by the fractional Kelvin–Voigt law
