    This study aims to determine motorization innovation in increasing the income of fishermen in the Liukang Kalmas Subdistrict of Pangkep Regency and to determine the supporting factors and inhibiting factors of the innovation. This type of research is qualitative descriptive, data collection is done using interviews by selecting informants through probability sampling. Data is collected from observations, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that boats with motor engines are important to be used by fishermen who are specifically used to search for Torani or flying fish that have high economic value, through motorization innovations fishermen's income is much more increased not only limited to the needs of fishermen families but can provide additional on income. Then the supporting factor is government assistance in the form of facilities for fishermen who are poor and less able in the form of engines or motorboats. While the inhibiting factors are natural conditions that do not support and the cost of repair and operation of the ship resulting in fishermen's income cut

    Evaluate the Reason and Overall Satisfaction of Consumers to Buying Health Insurance Products

    The current study (article) investigated why people purchase health insurance products and why they do not, as well as how satisfied consumers are with insurance products overall following claim settlement. A systematic questionnaire was used to gather data from 140 respondents, and reliability tests, cross-tabulation, the Mann-Whitney U test, the Kruskal-Wallis test, weighted average means, and percentage analysis were employed. The study's key finding suggested that one motivation is to safeguard against the rising cost of healthcare, while lack of awareness is the cause of not purchasing it. The null hypothesis is fail-to-reject, indicating that there is no discernible difference between the means of overall service satisfaction with respect to demographic factors and the 77.2% of respondents who are satisfied with their health insurance policy

The authors used SPSS and Smart PLS software to conduct statistics and analyze survey results. The results of data analysis show that there are 5 factors that directly affect the perception of avoidance: Health concerns; Doubts about advertising intermediaries; Privacy concerns; Information value; Obstructing cognitive goals. The factor that directly affects Avoidant Behavior is Perception of avoidance, there are 5 factors that indirectly affect Avoidant Behavior: Health concerns; Doubts about advertising intermediaries; Privacy concerns; Information value; Obstructing cognitive goals. At the same time, the research also shows that negative experiences do not affect the impact process from Avoidant Perception to Avoidant Behavior. This study has important practical elements for businesses, managers and even social network users in reducing users' awareness and avoidance of advertising

    Entrepreneurial Orientation and Competitiveness of Telecommunication Firms in Rivers State, Nigeria

    This research investigated the connection between the entrepreneurial mindset of telecommunications companies in Rivers State, Nigeria, and their level of market competitiveness. In the state of Rivers, there were a total of 139 managers working for four different telecommunications companies: MTN, 9Mobile, Airtel, and Globacom. The researchers used a straightforward random selection method to choose 103 participants for their investigation. The delivery of a structured questionnaire was used to obtain the primary data for this study. Using Spearman's Rank Order Correlation Coefficient and the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 22.0, we examined whether or not the provided hypotheses were supported by the data. According to the findings of the research, the two aspects of entrepreneurial orientation that were chosen (innovativeness and proactiveness) have a substantial connection to an organization's level of competitiveness (quality and market share). According to the findings of the study, the management of telecommunications companies should have an innovative plan to fund innovative ideas, experimentation, and creative processes; they should also introduce new products and services; and they should invest significantly in research and development. Additionally, the management of companies that deal in telecommunications have to take the initiative in the launch of new goods and services whenever possible. When it comes to the current state of the telecommunications industry, they should be recognized as a reputable brand. They should also react more quickly than their rivals do to educational and research opportunities
