    基于垂直投影和虚拟检测带的车辆检测

    由于交通视频场景复杂,传统的帧差法在进行车辆检测时误差较大。为此本文在传统帧差法德基础上提出一种基于垂直投影和虚拟检测带的车辆检测法并提取该交通视频关键帧。首先采用帧差法提取运动目标,然后通过运动目标的垂直投影值与阈值的比较结果来判断是否该运动目标为车辆,最后根据判断结果来进行交通视频关键帧的提取。实验结果表明,该方法有较好的鲁棒性,能够有效的检测车辆并提取含有车辆的视频帧
