open access articleDeveloping and accepting industry 4.0 influences the industry structure and customer willingness. To a successful transition to industry 4.0, implementation strategies should be selected with a systematic and comprehensive view to responding to the changes flexibly. This research aims to identify and prioritise the strategies for implementing industry 4.0. For this purpose, at first, evaluation attributes of strategies and also strategies to put industry 4.0 in practice are recognised. Then, the attributes are weighted to the experts’ opinion by using the Best Worst Method (BWM). Subsequently, the strategies for implementing industry 4.0 in Fara-Sanat Company, as a case study, have been ranked based on the Interval Valued Intuitionistic Fuzzy (IVIF) of the TODIM method. The results indicated that the attributes of ‘Technology’, ‘Quality’, and ‘Operation’ have respectively the highest importance. Furthermore, the strategies for “new business models development’, ‘Improving information systems’ and ‘Human resource management’ received a higher rank. Eventually, some research and executive recommendations are provided. Having strategies for implementing industry 4.0 is a very important solution. Accordingly, multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) methods are a useful tool for adopting and selecting appropriate strategies. In this research, a novel and hybrid combination of BWM-TODIM is presented under IVIF information

Purpose: Service industry is a massive sector accounting for about two-thirds of GDP of developed economies and is the field of an intensive competition between service companies and their supply chains. As a result, service supply chain management has become a subject of growing interest to researchers and business analysts. Healthcare industry is among the largest service industries with the highest potential for improvement in sustainability performance. The purpose of this study was to identify the concepts influencing the sustainability of hospital supply chain and provide a causal model for sustainable supply chain of hospital service. two aspects of contribution are identified for this research. Design/methodology/approach: In this study, concepts that influence the sustainability of a hospital service supply chain were identified by in-depth interviewing of 18 experts in hospitals of Kerman, Iran. Delphi method was used to reorganize the initial concepts into 15 concepts, Thus, a framework for sustainable supply chain of the hospital is proposed in the present study. This is the first contribution of this study. The second contribution is using the intuitive fuzzy cognitive map method for the relationship between extracted concepts. Findings: Delphi method was used to reorganize 68 initial concepts into 15 concepts Contains: demand management, resource and capacity management, customer relationship management, supplier relationship management, service management, information management, financial performance management, Attention to the environment, contamination, energy consumption, legal requirements, employees, community and stakeholders, social accountability and business ethics. The results indicate that service delivery management is highly central among other concepts. Originality/value: with focusing on concepts such as service management, and capacity and resources management, The sustainability of the hospital supply chain can be improved.Peer Reviewe

Analysis of the Factors Affecting the Adoption of Management Information Systems

The present study was conducted with the aim to identify and rank the factors affecting the successful adoption of management information systems in medical centers of Kerman (Iran). For this purpose, based on research literature and experts’ interview 27 criteria were identified in four dimensions and categorized. Then, considering the causal relationships between them and the importance of each indicator, the AHP and DEMATEL multi-criteria decision making approach was used in the Intuitionistic fuzzy environment. In the present study, the weight of dimensions was determined using AHP method and then the causal relationships between dimensions and degree of influence and effectiveness of each dimension were determined using DEMTEL technique. The results obtained that the dimension of senior management support is identified as the most important dimension. Then, the dimensions of information quality, system quality, and finally the user experience are important.https://dorl.net/dor/20.1001.1.20088302.2022.20.3.4.1

Performance Evaluation of 198 Village Governments using Fuzzy TOPSIS and Intuitionistic Fuzzy TOPSIS

Currently, volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity (VUCA) have become unavoidable problems. In addition, knowledge or information that is not managed properly can result in inappropriate decision-making processes within an organization. Business Intelligence conception is then becoming an essential view for converting unstructured data and information into a more actionable strategic plan that allows organizations to make competitive decisions. Village Government (VG) is the smallest organization in the Indonesian government system because VG implemented regulation and development programs in all areas of a national government. VG executes a series of tasks every year starting from planning, budgeting, administrating, executing, and reporting. However, the important role of VG in the development of a country brings also some drawbacks such as corruption and other domino effects. Several factors have been identified that cause those problems such as lack of capabilities in managing village organization and human resources quality. Monitoring and evaluation regarding those VG performances normally have been done each year. However, measurable evaluation standard for VG performance until recently has not been determined nationally. This study is intended to make a comprehensive standard of village government performance assessment through a Good Governance Framework approach. This study involved 198 villages from Madiun Regency as a case study. Seventy-four measured parameters were proposed to evaluate VG performance mapping. Fuzzy TOPSIS is implemented to rank those 198 villages into 4 groups of VG performance levels. The fuzzy TOPSIS classification result has been validated by using manual scoring and the accuracy reached 86,4%

Intuitionistic Fuzzy AHP and WASPAS to Assess Service Quality in Online Transportation

Indonesia is currently entering a new normal era; this requires people to adapt to the clean-living habit in accordance with health standards in order to carry out normal activities. At the same time, online transportation services have reopened for activity. The service quality provided by online ride-hailing companies (i.e., ojek) such as Gojek, Grab, and Maxim must now consider matters relating to user safety. This study proposes Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) as a method for assessing the service quality of online transportation service providers and uses the Pandemic-SERVQUAL 4.0 model. Pandemi-SERVQUAL 4.0 model adds two new criteria, namely "pandemic" and "industry 4.0". The addition of two new criteria that are more relevant to the current circumstances will increase the accuracy of the research. This study aims to propose the integration of Interval Valued Intuitionistic Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (IVIF-AHP) to determine the criteria weight and Interval Valued Intuitionistic Fuzzy Weighted Aggregated Sum-Product Assessment (IVIF-WASPAS) to assess the service quality of several online transportation service providers based on the obtained criteria weights. From the results of the service quality assessment using the integration of IVIF-AHP and IVIF-WASPAS, the ranking of online transportation service providers during the new normal era were Grab-car, Go-car, and Maxim-car

Decision-making model for designing telecom products/services based on customer preferences and non-preferences

The design of the packages of products/services to be offered by a telecom company to its clients is a complex decision-making process that must consider different criteria to achieve both customer satisfaction and optimization of the company’s resources. In this process, Intuitionistic Fuzzy Sets (IFSs) can be used to manage uncertainty and better represent both preferences and non-preferences expressed by people who value each proposed alternative. We present a novel approach to design/develop new products/services that combines the Lean Six Sigma methodology with IFSs. Its main contribution comes from considering both preferences and nonpreferences expressed by real clients, whereas existing proposals only consider their preferences. By also considering their non-preferences, it provides an additional capacity to manage the high uncertainty in the selection of the commercial plan that best suits each client’s needs. Thus, client satisfaction is increased while improving the company’s corporate image, which will lead to customer loyalty and increased revenue. To validate the presented proposal, it has been applied to a real case study of the telecom sector, in which 2135 users have participated. The results obtained have been analysed and compared with those obtained with a model that does not consider the non-preferences expressed by users.Spanish Ministry of Science and Innovation (State Research Agency)Junta de Andalucia PID2019-103880RB-I00 PID2019-109644RB-I00 PY20_0067
