Ще раз про основний параметр милозвучності української мови

    Get PDF
The article deals with a new approach to the definition of the Ukrainian language harmony, based on the relation of vowels to consonants. The Ukrainian language for the indicator of the consonantal coeeficient is close to the Italian language and is far from both the German and the English languages. The consonantal factor reflects the Ukrainian language harmony degree

KKM type theorems with boundary conditions

We consider generalizations of Gale's colored KKM lemma and Shapley's KKMS theorem. It is shown that spaces and covers can be much more general and the boundary KKM rules can be substituted by more weaker boundary assumptions.Comment: 13 pages, 2 figures. arXiv admin note: text overlap with arXiv:1406.6672 by other author

An attitudinal trust recommendation mechanism to balance consensus and harmony in group decision making

The Publisher's final version can be found by following the DOI link. This article puts forward a trust based framework for building a recommendation mechanism for consensus in group decision making with interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy information. To do that, it first presents an attitudinal trust model where experts assign trust weights to others considering the concept of attitude of the group. This approach allows for the implementation of the group attitude in a continuous scale ranging from a pessimistic attitude to an indifferent attitude. Thus, it can express the continuous trust status, and consequently it generalizes the traditional simplified trust model: ‘trusting’ and ‘distrusting’. In particular, three typical policies are defined as: ‘extreme trust policy’, ‘bounded trust policy’ and ‘indifferent trust policy’. Secondly, the attitudinal trust induced recommendation mechanism is established by a reasonable rule: the closer the experts, the higher their trust degree. This can guarantee that the consensus level of the inconsistent expert is increased after adopting the recommended advices. In addition to group consensus, experts envisage to keep their original opinions as much as possible. A harmony degree (HD) is defined to determine the extent of the difference between an original opinion and the corresponding revised opinion after adopting the recommended advices. Combining the HD index and the consensus index, a sensitivity analysis with attitudinal parameter is proposed to verify the rationality of the proposed attitudinal trust recommendation mechanism. In practice this will facilitate the inconsistent experts to achieve a balance between consensus degree and harmony degree by selecting an appropriate attitudinal parameter

Degree of Harmony of Preparation of Human Resources In Private Universities With Requirements of Labour Market

    Get PDF
This study aimed at estimating the degree of harmony of preparation of human resources in the private universities with  the requirements of the labour market from the point of view of the academic leaders, students, and leaders of labour market. And to achieve these objectives the researcher developed a questionnaire consisted of two parts, the first part concerns about the academic leaders and students, and consists of (71) paragraphs, distributed into eight fields, and the second part concerns about leaders of the labour market, and consists of (40) paragraphs. After making sure of their validity and reliability they were applied on the academic leaders and students of the year of graduation and leaders of labour market. And the results of study deduced that the estimation of the degree of harmony of preparation of human resources in the private universities with the requirements of labour market, from the point of view of the academic leaders came at a great degree. But for the students and leaders of labour market had come at a medium estimation. Key words: harmony, preparation of human resources, higher education institutions labour market, academicians, and students

Description and Application of a Mathematical Method for the Analysis of Harmony

    Get PDF
Harmony issues are widespread in human society and nature. To analyze these issues, harmony theory has been proposed as the main theoretical approach for the study of interpersonal relationships and relationships between humans and nature. Therefore, it is of great importance to study harmony theory. After briefly introducing the basic concepts of harmony theory, this paper expounds the five elements that are essential for the quantitative description of harmony issues in water resources management: harmony participant, harmony objective, harmony regulation, harmony factor, and harmony action. A basic mathematical equation for the harmony degree, that is, a quantitative expression of harmony issues, is introduced in the paper: HD=ai − bj, where a is the uniform degree, b is the difference degree, i is the harmony coefficient, and j is the disharmony coefficient. This paper also discusses harmony assessment and harmony regulation and introduces some application examples

CHAOTIC CHARACTER OF SPRINTER'S MYOELECTRIC SIGNAL

    Get PDF
There are different myoelectric reactions during muscle's motion when athletes are at different training stage. This study analyzed the myoelectric signal at different training stage of athletes according to chaotic theory and found that there were differences in the spectrum character of myoelectric signal and embedding dimension at different training stage of athletes. The results show that the myoelectric signal spectrum at relaxed status of the muscles mainly presents random noisy spectrum character, but the myoelectric signal spectrum at concentric contraction of the muscles presents divided modality spectrum character. The embedding dimension of myoelectric signal is obviously less at contracted status than at relaxed status. The relative value of embedding dimension of myoelectric signal is far larger during the preparation before tournament than during the transition stage

Assessing the Visual Quality of Urban Landscapes Influenced by the Presence of Fruit Trees

The study was carried out to investigate the visual impact of using fruit trees in urban landscapes by applying the Scenic Beauty Estimation Method (SBE). Thirty students from the Faculty of Horticulture were asked to assign scenic beauty values to different landscapes with and without the presence of fruit trees in urban areas. The results show that fruit trees have positive influences on the aesthetic value of perceived landscape scenery

ReLyMe: Improving Lyric-to-Melody Generation by Incorporating Lyric-Melody Relationships

Lyric-to-melody generation, which generates melody according to given lyrics, is one of the most important automatic music composition tasks. With the rapid development of deep learning, previous works address this task with end-to-end neural network models. However, deep learning models cannot well capture the strict but subtle relationships between lyrics and melodies, which compromises the harmony between lyrics and generated melodies. In this paper, we propose ReLyMe, a method that incorporates Relationships between Lyrics and Melodies from music theory to ensure the harmony between lyrics and melodies. Specifically, we first introduce several principles that lyrics and melodies should follow in terms of tone, rhythm, and structure relationships. These principles are then integrated into neural network lyric-to-melody models by adding corresponding constraints during the decoding process to improve the harmony between lyrics and melodies. We use a series of objective and subjective metrics to evaluate the generated melodies. Experiments on both English and Chinese song datasets show the effectiveness of ReLyMe, demonstrating the superiority of incorporating lyric-melody relationships from the music domain into neural lyric-to-melody generation.Comment: Accepted by ACMMM 2022, ora

Evaluation of Development of Agricultural Modernization in Central China

    Get PDF
AbstractBased on multiple-index comprehensive evaluation, the evaluation system of agricultural modernization was constructed, and the level of agricultural modernization in central China was evaluated. As results showed, central China as a whole is still in the beginning stages of the modernization of agriculture, lagging behind the eastern region significantly. To promote agricultural modernization of central China, differently local resource endowments and levels of development on current situation must be considered, and measures should be taken in a line with the local condition and step-by-step, exerting their comparative advantages and selecting the dominant mode, strategic focus and implementation path of agricultural modernization
