IMPLEMENTASI BAURAN PEMASARAN 7P PADA CV. CITRA KREASINDO DI KOTA SURABAYA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Mengetahui pelaksanaan bauran pemasaran yang diterapkan oleh CV. Citra Kreasindo. Metode pengambilan data dilakukan dengan  kuesioner ,wawancara dan observasi.  Untuk menentukan responden menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah responden 36 orang yang terdiri dari (1orang) divisi keuangan, (1 orang) divisi pemasaran, (1 orang) pemilik dan (33 orang ) konsumen. Jenis data yang digunakan peneliti adalah data primer dan sekunder. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif. Pada penelitian ini mendapatkan hasil bahwa implementasi faktor bauran pemasaran pada CV. Citra Kreasindo termasuk dalam kriteria nilai baik

PELAKSANAAN SISTEM MUDHARABAH PADA USAHA PENJUALAN PUPUK SAWIT MENURUT PERSPEKTIF FIQIH MU’AMALAH (Studi Kasus pada Usaha Tani di Desa Sawit Permai, Kec. Dayun Kab. Siak)

Penelitian ini berjudul : PELAKSANAAN SISTEM MUDHARABAH PADA USAHA PENJUALAN PUPUK SAWIT MENURUT PPERSPEKTIF FIQH MU’AMALAH (Studi Kasus pada Usaha Tani di Desa Sawit Permai Kecamatan Dayun Kabupaten Siak). Adapun permasalahan dalam penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana konsep Bagi hasil penjualan pupuk sawit antara pemilik modal dengan pengelola di Desa Sawit Permai, bagaimana pelaksanaan Bagi hasil usaha penjualan pupuk sawit antara pemilik modal dengan pengelola, dan bagaimana analisis fiqh muamalah terhadap pelaksanaan Bagi hasil usaha penjualan pupuk sawit antara pemilik modal dengan pengelola. Untuk meneliti masalah ini penulis mengambil data di Desa Sawit Permai Kecamatan Dayun Kabupaten Siak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah ingin mengetahui apakah pemilik modal dan pengelola sudah menggunakan konsep fiqh muamalah yang sebenarnya dalam melakukan Bagi hasil. Populasi dalam penelitian ini hanyalah dua orang saja yaitu pemilik modal dan pengelola. Adapun sumber data yang dipakai yaitu data primer dan sekunder, data primer yaitu data yang penulis peroleh dari responden, sedangkan data sekunder yaitu data yang penulis peroleh dari buku-buku fiqh muamalah dan literatur lainnya yang berhubungan dengan penelitian ini. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan ialah observasi, wawancara dan riset pustaka. Setelah penulis menganalisis dari hasil observasi dan wawancara, dapat diketahui bahwa ada kendala-kendala yang terjadi dilapangan yaitu pengelola dalam menjalankan penjualan pupuk sawit kepada konsumen tidak sesuai dengan harga kesepakatan yang telah ditentukan diawal oleh kedua belah pihak. Disini pemilik modal merasa dirugikan oleh pengelola, karena pemilik modal tidak mengetahui berapa keuntungan dari penjualan pupuk sawit

Since it was onlined in 2011, Journal of Harmonia has been accessed by thousands of visitors from all over the world. International index institutions, such as the Directory of Open Access Journal (DOAJ), Google Scholar, Mendely, Citeulike, and Worldcat, have been making Harmonia as one of the journals linked there. Likewise, national index institutions, such as the Indonesia Publication Index (IPI/Portal Garuda), Indonesian Scientific Journal Database (ISJD) that make Harmonia a national indexed journal.Based on the facts above, Harmonia needs to adjust while enhancing the quality and quantity to be more tangible to facilitate the readers and the authors of the article. The change of journal subtitle originally named Harmonia: Jurnal Pengetahuan dan Pemikiran Seni to become Harmonia: Journal of Arts Research and Education, with the entire contents of English articles from Volume 14 Number 1 in 2014 is an effort towards the dissemination of the content of Harmonia articles broadly. A manuscript writing guide is adjusted by using one of the standards of writing in the world of publication, namely the American Psychology Association (APA), though it is not entirely adopted. The addition of subtitles ‘education\u27 in the name of the journal affirms that the scope of the journal focuses on the content of the article about art studies and education.Our great appreciation to all the readers, writers and observers of art and art educators who have been supporting the publication of Harmonia. The expectation is that the presence of Harmonia in a new edition can complete the art literature that can contribute to the development of the science of art and art education

Harmonia, Melos and Rhytmos. Aristotle on Musical Education

In this paper, I reconstruct the reasons why Aristotle thinks that musical education is important for moral education. Musical education teaches us to enjoy appropriately and to recognize perceptually fine melodies and rhythms. Fine melodies and rhythms are similar to the kind of movements fine actions consist in and fine characters display. By teaching us to enjoy and recognise fine melodies and rhythms, musical education can train us to recognize and to take pleasure in fine actions and characters. Thus, musical education can, up to a point, lead us toward the actions and character dispositions a virtuous life requires

The multicolored Asian lady beetle : Harmonia axyridis (Pallas, 1773) (Coleoptera: Coccinellidae) ; a not so new invasive insect in Colombia and South America

The first reports of the multicolored Asian lady beetle Harmonia axyridis (Pallas, 1773) (Coleoptera: Coccinellidae) in Colombia appeared in 2011. However, based on museum insect specimens, the introduction of H. axyridis in Colombia occurred in 1989 or earlier, making it the second oldest record of the species in South America after the deliberate releases of the species in Argentina in 1986. Currently in Colombia, H. axyridis is well established and is here recorded from the States of Antioquia, Caldas, Cauca, Cundinamarca, Nariño, Tolima and Valle del Cauca.Los primeros reportes de la mariquita multicolor asiática Harmonia axyridis (Pallas, 1773) (Coleoptera: Coccinellidae) aparecieron en el 2011. Sin embargo, con base en colecciones de insectos en museos, la introducción de H. axyridis en Colombia ocurrió en 1989 o antes, haciendo que este sea el segundo registro más antiguo de esta especie en Sur América, después de las liberaciones intencionales de la especie en Argentina en 1986. Actualmente en Colombia, H. axyridis está bien establecida y aquí se reporta en los departamentos de Antioquia, Caldas, Cauca, Cundinamarca, Nariño, Tolima y el Valle del Cauca
