Gelar "Al-Sahid" Pada Beberapa Nisan Makam Kuna Di Indonesia (Sebuah Interpretasi Baru)

Three ancient tombs, namely the tomb of Fatimah binti Maymun in Leran, Gresik, East Java dated 475 H (1082 AD), the tomb of Sultan Al-Malik AI-Salih dated 726 H (1326 AD) and the tomb of the queen Nah- Risah bin Sultan Al-Abidin from the numerical year 831 H (1428 AD) is also a descendant of Sultan Al-Malik Al-Salih of Samudra Pasai, North Aceh. When compared to other ancient tombs that have been found and researched in Indonesia that reached hundreds, even thousands in number. The specificity is seen in the form of tombstones, inscription style and the use of laqb (title, abnome) which reflects the Islamic influence, with the use of the title AI-Sahid in front of the names.Tiga nisan makam kuna, yaitu nisan makam Fatimah binti Maymun di Leran, Gresik, Jawa Timur berangka tahun 475 H (1082 M), nisan makam Sultan Al-Malik AI-Salih berangka tahun 726 H (1326 M) dan nisan makam ratu Nah-risah bin ti Sultan Al-'Abidin berangka tahun 831 H ( 1428 M) juga salah seorang keturunan Sultan Al-Malik AI-Salih di Samudera Pasai, Aceh Utara, mempunyai kekhususan tersendiri. Bila dibandingkan dengan nisan-nisan makam kuna lain yang pernah ditemukan dan diteliti di Indonesia yang mencapai ratusan, bahkan ribuan jumlahnya. Kekhususan itu tampak pada bentuk nisan, gaya inskripsi dan pemakaian laqb (gelar, abnome) yang dicerminkan adanya pengaruh Islam, dengan pemakaian gelar AI-Sahid di depan nama-nama tersebut

VLBI imaging of extremely high redshift quasars at 5 GHz

We present very long baseline interferometry (VLBI) images of ten very high redshift (z>3) quasars at 5 GHz. The sources 0004+139, 0830+101, 0906+041, 0938+119 and 1500+045 were observed in September 1992 using a global VLBI array, while 0046+063, 0243+181, 1338+381, 1428+423 and 1557+032 were observed in October 1996 with the European VLBI Network and Hartebeesthoek, South Africa. Most of the sources are resolved and show asymmetric structure. The sample includes 1428+423, the most distant radio loud quasar known to date (z=4.72). Influence of the postoperative inflammatory response on cognitive decline in elderly patients undergoing on-pump cardiac surgery: a controlled, prospective observational study

BACKGROUND: The role of non-infective inflammatory response (IR) in the aetiology of postoperative cognitive dysfunction (POCD) is still controversial. The aim of this controlled, prospective observational study was to assess the possible relationship between the grade of IR, defined by procalcitonin (PCT) changes, and development of POCD related to cardiac surgery. METHODS: Forty-two patients, who were >/= 60 years of age and scheduled for elective cardiac surgery, were separated into the low inflammatory (LIR) and high inflammatory (HIR) response groups based on their PCT levels measured on the first postoperative day. A matched normative control group of 32 subjects was recruited from primary care practice. The PCT and C-reactive protein (CRP) levels were monitored daily during the first five postoperative days. The cognitive function and mood state were preoperatively tested with a set of five neurocognitive tests and two mood inventories and at the seventh postoperative day. The Reliable Change Index modified for practice (RCIp) using data from normative controls was applied to determine the significant decline in test performance. RESULTS: The LIR (n = 20) and HIR (n = 22) groups differed significantly in the PCT (p 0.05). Additionally, there was no difference in the mood states, anxiety levels and perioperative parameters known to influence the development of POCD. CONCLUSIONS: In this study, the magnitude of the non-infective inflammatory response generated by on-pump cardiac surgery did not influence the development of POCD in the early postoperative period in elderly patients
