Comment on 'Chaotic Monetary Dynamics with Confidence'
This paper is a comment on Serletis and Shintani, 'Chaotic Monetary Dynamics with Confidence,' which is to appear in a special issue of the Journal of Macroeconomics on chaos in economics. The Editor of the special issue invited comments from discussants of all papers in the special issue, with the comments to be published in the special issue. This invited comment is to appear in the special issue along with Serletis and Shintani's paper.chaos bifurcation Divisia money aggregation

Restrictions on modeling spin injection by resistor networks
Because of the technical difficulties of solving spin transport equations in
inhomogeneous systems, different resistor networks are widely applied for
modeling spin transport. By comparing an analytical solution for spin injection
across a ferromagnet - paramagnet junction with a resistor model approach, its
essential limitations stemming from inhomogeneous spin populations are
clarified.Comment: To be published in a special issue of Semicond. Sci. Technol., Guest

An Algebraic Characterisation of Concurrent Composition
We give an algebraic characterization of a form of synchronized parallel
composition allowing for true concurrency, using ideas based on Peter Landin's
"Program-Machine Symmetric Automata Theory".Comment: This is an old technical report from 1981. I submitted it to a
special issue of HOSC in honour of Peter Landin, as explained in the Prelude,
added in 2008. However, at an advanced stage, the handling editor became
unresponsive, and the paper was never published. I am making it available via
the arXiv for the same reasons given in the Prelud
Marine Bioactive Peptides II: Structure, Function, and Therapeutic Potential
This second edition of the Special Issue “Marine Bioactive Peptides: Structure, Function, and Therapeutic Potential - II” published papers on up-to-date information regarding isolation, structural elucidation, functional characterization, and therapeutic potential evaluation of peptides isolated from marine organisms. Chemical synthesis and biotechnological production of marine peptides and their mimetics will also be a focus of this Special Issue. In addition, this Special Issue will publish new results arising from a peptidomic approach. 24 Papers were accepted and included in the first issue, which we published as a Special Issue book (https://www.mdpi.com/books/pdfview/book/1742). Following the success of the first Special Issue, as Guest Editor, I invite researchers in the field to contribute to the second edition entitled " Marine Bioactive Peptides: Structure, Function, and Therapeutic Potential - II] "
