    Counting the Cyclocized Polyphenacenes

    NSFC [10831001]In general the cyclocized polyphenacenes have a geometric nonplanar structure. This article gives an explicit expression of the counting formula for the two types of cyclocized polyphenacenes, viz., the belt-type and Mobius type, respectively. The result implies that almost all the belt-type cyclocized polyphenacenes, roughly speaking, are chiral if they are sufficiently large.
