    The possibility of forming an algorithm that allows creating computer projects of stained glass paintings by a semi-automated tool is being investigated.The purpose. To form an algorithm of actions based on classical stained glass technology using specialized modeling tools to create a project for a combined stained glass canvas.Methodology. The following methods were used in the study:1) analytical method by which the literature was analyzed;2) theoretical and conceptual method, which allowed to determine the conditions necessary for the introduction of IT technology in cultural and artistic practice;The study used methods of computer modeling and analysis, which increased the accuracy of the results.Results. The basic tools and algorithm of their use necessary for creation of the professional project of a stained-glass cloth are developed.The scientificance novelty. It consists in creating a concept of new computer tools and an algorithm for their use, aimed at improving the quality of stained glass projects and speeding up the workflow.Practical significance. This algorithm and the tools mentioned in the article can be useful in creating computer software designed for the design of stained glass.Досліджується можливість формування алгоритму, що дозволяє створювати комп’ютерні прєкти вітражних полотен напівавтомвтизованим засобом.Мета. Сформувати алгоритм дій на основі класичної вітражної технології спеціалізованими засобами комп’ютерного моделювання для створення проекту комбінованого вітражного полотна.Методологія. У дослідженні використано наступні методи:1) аналітичний метод, за допомогою якого була проаналізована література;2) теоретико-концептуальний метод, який дав змогу визначити умови, необхідні для впровадження IT-технології в культурно-мистецьку практику;У дослідженні використовувались методи комп’ютерного моделювання та аналізу, що дозволило підвищити точність результатів. Результати. Розроблено основні інструменти та алгоритм їх використання, необхідні для створення професійного проєкту комбінованого вітражного полотна. Наукова новизна. Полягає у створенні концепції нових комп’ютерних інструментів та алгоритму їх використання, спрямованого на покращення якості створення проєктів вітражних проектів та прискорення робочого процесу.Практична значущість. Цей алгоритм та зазначений в статті інструментарій може бути корисним при створенні комп’ютерного програмного забезпечення, призначеного для проєктування вітражних полотен

    Parsing Objects at a Finer Granularity: A Survey

    Fine-grained visual parsing, including fine-grained part segmentation and fine-grained object recognition, has attracted considerable critical attention due to its importance in many real-world applications, e.g., agriculture, remote sensing, and space technologies. Predominant research efforts tackle these fine-grained sub-tasks following different paradigms, while the inherent relations between these tasks are neglected. Moreover, given most of the research remains fragmented, we conduct an in-depth study of the advanced work from a new perspective of learning the part relationship. In this perspective, we first consolidate recent research and benchmark syntheses with new taxonomies. Based on this consolidation, we revisit the universal challenges in fine-grained part segmentation and recognition tasks and propose new solutions by part relationship learning for these important challenges. It is vital for take significant measure with the current innovations so they can experience the ongoing scene with next to no troubles. To lift the visually impaired people in the public, this project has been proposed, which can identify images and translates the description of image into text and then produce the audio. This can assist the individual with perusing any text and recognize the image and get the result in vocal structure. Motivated by late work in machine interpretation also, object recognition, a CNN-RNN based attention model is presented in this project. Through the proposed framework, an image is converted into text description first; then, utilizing a basic text-to-speech API, the extracted caption/subtitle is converted into speech which further assists the visually impaired to understand the image or visuals they are looking at. So, the focal part is centered on building the subtitle/text model while the subsequent part, which is changing the text-to-speech, is moderately simple with the text-to-speech API. When the model is fabricated, it is deployed on the local framework utilizing a Flask-based model to produce audio-based caption for any image fed to the model
