Cloud Services Brokerage: A Survey and Research Roadmap
A Cloud Services Brokerage (CSB) acts as an intermediary between cloud
service providers (e.g., Amazon and Google) and cloud service end users,
providing a number of value adding services. CSBs as a research topic are in
there infancy. The goal of this paper is to provide a concise survey of
existing CSB technologies in a variety of areas and highlight a roadmap, which

Cloud based testing of business applications and web services
This paper deals with testing of applications based on the principles of cloud computing. It is aimed to describe options of testing business software in clouds (cloud testing). It identifies the needs for cloud testing tools including multi-layer testing; service level agreement (SLA) based testing, large scale simulation, and on-demand test environment. In a cloud-based model, ICT services are distributed and accessed over networks such as intranet or internet, which offer large data centers deliver on demand,
resources as a service, eliminating the need for investments in specific hardware, software, or on data center infrastructure. Businesses can apply those new technologies in the contest of intellectual capital management to lower the cost and increase competitiveness and also earnings. Based on comparison of the testing tools and techniques, the paper further investigates future trend of cloud based testing tools research and development. It is also important to say that this comparison and classification of testing tools describes a new area and it has not yet been done
Investigating Decision Support Techniques for Automating Cloud Service Selection

A Factor Framework for Experimental Design for Performance Evaluation of Commercial Cloud Services
Given the diversity of commercial Cloud services, performance evaluations of
candidate services would be crucial and beneficial for both service customers
(e.g. cost-benefit analysis) and providers (e.g. direction of service
improvement). Before an evaluation implementation, the selection of suitable
factors (also called parameters or variables) plays a prerequisite role in
designing evaluation experiments. However, there seems a lack of systematic
approaches to factor selection for Cloud services performance evaluation. In
other words, evaluators randomly and intuitively concerned experimental factors
in most of the existing evaluation studies. Based on our previous taxonomy and
modeling work, this paper proposes a factor framework for experimental design
for performance evaluation of commercial Cloud services. This framework
capsules the state-of-the-practice of performance evaluation factors that
people currently take into account in the Cloud Computing domain, and in turn
