Okre艣lenie komunikacja bibliologiczna w dyskursie bibliologiczno informatologicznym pojawi艂o si臋 w latach 80. XX wieku. Zwykle rozumie si臋 pod tym poj臋ciem proces wprowadzania ksi膮偶ki w obieg spo艂eczny, a ksi膮偶k臋 traktuje jako narz臋dzie (komunikacji bibliologicznej), tj. jako narz臋dzie przekazu, a tak偶e metod臋 utrwalenia i spos贸b prezentacji tre艣ci (informacji). Wraz z pojawieniem si臋 technologii cyfrowych, w tym Internetu i World Wide Web, r贸偶ne obszary komunikacji b臋d膮ce domen膮 wcze艣niej istniej膮cych medi贸w zacz臋艂y ulega膰 przemianom. Tym samym w rozprawie podj臋to r贸wnie偶 pr贸b臋 wykazania ci膮g艂o艣ci i zwi膮zk贸w obecnej w bibliologii koncepcji komunikacji zogniskowanej wok贸艂 ksi膮偶ki z rozwi膮zaniami b臋d膮cymi konsekwencj膮 zaistnienia nowego 艣rodowiska (hipertekstowego i multimedialnego WWW) i formy komunikacji (sieciowej). Patrz膮c przez pryzmat komunikacji bibliologicznej, tj. odwo艂uj膮c si臋 do koncepcji oraz aparatu poj臋ciowego, terminologicznego i badawczego komunikacji bibliologicznej, scharakteryzowano i opisano zjawiska wykorzystania cyfrowych i/lub sieciowych technologii informacyjnych w komunikacji bibliologicznej. Zderzenie komunikacji bibliologicznej z World Wide Web zaowocowa艂o licznymi zmianami w jej modelu i przedmiocie. Narz臋dziem komunikacji sta艂a si臋 ksi膮偶ka elektroniczna, zdigitalizowany odpowiednik ksi膮偶ki drukowanej i/lub ksi膮偶ka sieciowa. Ponadto zmieni艂 si臋 przebieg komunikacji bibliologicznej, kt贸ra zacz臋艂a przybiera膰 cyfrow膮 oraz cyfrowo-sieciow膮 posta膰. Pierwsz膮 z nich nazwano w rozprawie cyfrow膮 komunikacj膮 bibliologiczn膮; poddano j膮 analizie i charakterystyce, przedstawiono propozycj臋 modelu cyfrowej komunikacji bibliologicznej, jej przebieg i formy, jakie mo偶e przybiera膰. Drug膮 okre艣lono mianem sieciowej komunikacji bibliologicznej. Ona r贸wnie偶 zosta艂a poddana charakterystyce; zaproponowano tak偶e w艂asny, autorski model sieciowej komunikacji bibliologicznej. Oznacza to, 偶e 艣wiat bibliologii i ksi膮偶ek r臋kopi艣miennych i drukowanych oraz 艣wiat informatologii i ksi膮偶ek cyfrowych, cyfrowo-sieciowych maj膮 wiele wsp贸lnych element贸w, tre艣ci i warto艣ci.The term bibliological communication appeared in the bibliological and information-science discourse in the nineteen-eighties. This term is understood as a process of putting books in social circulation. The book is treated as a tool of communication, the way of storing and presenting the content (information). With the advent of digital technologies, including the Internet and the World Wide Web, various areas of communication, which were the domain of other media, began to undergo changes. This phenomenon does not pass by bibliological communication. Thus, my doctoral dissertations attempts to answer the question: what changes have taken place in the model of bibliological communication and in its subject (book), when it is implemented in a Web environment, making full use of network capacity and hypertext. The dissertation therefore attempts to demonstrate continuity and it compounds the concept of communication, present in bibliology and focused on the book, with solutions that are a consequence of the emergence of a new environment (hypertext and multimedia WWW) and the form of communication (network). From the perspective of bibliological communication, i.e. referring to the concept and terminology of bibliological communication, the dissertation characterized and described the phenomena of the use of digital and/or networked information technology in bibliological communication. Analysis proved that the model of bibliological communication changed. The electronic book, digitalized book and/or networked book became a tool of communication. In addition, the course of bibliological communication changed and began to take digital and digital-network forms. The first of them was called digital bibliological communication. It was analyzed and characterized (i.e. its course and forms it may take) and a model of digital bibliological communication was also proposed. The second was called network bibliological communication. It was also the subject of description, and the author鈥檚 model of network bibliological communication was also proposed. The analyses showed that the existing model of bibliological communication was supplemented by the models of digital bibliological communication and network bibliological communication. When describing the role and place of the Internet (especially the World Wide Web, and more precisely digital and network information technology) in bibliological communication, both as a support for the traditionally understood bibliological communication (digital bibliological communication), as well as for network bibliological communication, it was noted that the Internet does not threaten the book, but it seems even to strengthen its position as a central means of communication. There are signs that new forms of digital (digital-networked) books were created in the spirit of the book culture. This means that the world of bibliology, manuscript books, printed books and the world of information science, digital books, or networked books have many common elements, contents and values
