Balanced Environmental Games
Focus is here on coalitional games among economic agents plagued by aggregate pollutions of diverse sorts. Defecting players presumably pollute more than others. Then, granted convex preferences and technologies, the core is proven nonempty. In fact, under natural assumptions, a specific, computable core solution comes in terms of shadow prices on the said aggregates. Such prices may, in large part, implement the cooperative treaty by clearing a competitive market for emissions.Cooperative Games; Pollution Control Adoption Costs; Distribution Effects; Employment Effects

Abstract
Understanding Moderation of religion for students increasingly needs to be improved in their understanding, amidst the increasingly swift currents of globalization. The tendency of students to play games that lead to individualistic and fatalistic needs to be balanced with games that are outdoor, recreational and educative. Educational outdoor games provide opportunities for students to learn cooperation, cohesiveness, tolerance, honesty, discipline, hard work, increase creativity, independence, democracy, curiosity, national spirit, respect, leadership, cooperation, environmental care, social care , responsibility, even religious. Internalization of An-Nahdliyah's societal values, such as: tawassuth and i'tidal, tasamuh, tawazun and Amar ma'ruf nahi munkar can be done with games specially designed for that. The formation of the Ma'arif Nahdlatul Ulama Scout Community Unit and the establishment of the implementation of compulsory extra-curricular scouting education in formal education environments in primary and secondary education, further strengthens the effectiveness of this game.

Size Monotonicity and Stability of the Core in Hedonic Games
We show that the core of each strongly size monotonic hedonic game is not empty and is externally stable. This is in sharp contrast to other sufficient conditions for core non-emptiness which do not even guarantee the existence of a stable set in such games.Core, Hedonic Games, Monotonicity, Stable Sets

Scoring dynamics across professional team sports: tempo, balance and predictability
Despite growing interest in quantifying and modeling the scoring dynamics
within professional sports games, relative little is known about what patterns
or principles, if any, cut across different sports. Using a comprehensive data
set of scoring events in nearly a dozen consecutive seasons of college and
professional (American) football, professional hockey, and professional
basketball, we identify several common patterns in scoring dynamics. Across
these sports, scoring tempo---when scoring events occur---closely follows a
common Poisson process, with a sport-specific rate. Similarly, scoring
balance---how often a team wins an event---follows a common Bernoulli process,
with a parameter that effectively varies with the size of the lead. Combining
these processes within a generative model of gameplay, we find they both
reproduce the observed dynamics in all four sports and accurately predict game
outcomes. These results demonstrate common dynamical patterns underlying
within-game scoring dynamics across professional team sports, and suggest
specific mechanisms for driving them. We close with a brief discussion of the
implications of our results for several popular hypotheses about sports
dynamics.Comment: 18 pages, 8 figures, 4 tables, 2 appendice
Simple Priorities and Core Stability in Hedonic Games
In this paper we study hedonic games where each player views every other player either as a friend or as an enemy. Two simple priority criteria for comparison of coalitions are suggested, and the corresponding preference restrictions based on appreciation of friends and aversion to enemies are considered. It turns out that the first domain restriction guarantees non-emptiness of the strong core and the second domain restriction ensures non-emptiness of the weak core of the corresponding hedonic games. Moreover, an element of the strong core under friends appreciation can be found in polynomial time, while finding an element of the weak core under enemies aversion is NP-hard. We examine also the relationship between our domain restrictions and some sufficient conditions for non-emptiness of the core already known in the literature.Additive separability, Coalition formation, Core stability, Hedonic games, NP-completeness, Priority
