Evaluating Sequence Discovery Systems in an Abstraction-aware Manner

Activity discovery is a challenging machine learning problem where we seek to uncover new or altered behavioural patterns in sensor data. In this paper we motivate and introduce a novel approach to evaluating activity discovery systems. Pre-annotated ground truths, often used to evaluate the performance of such systems on existing datasets, may exist at different levels of abstraction to the output of the output produced by the system. We propose a method for detecting and dealing with this situation, allowing for useful ground truth comparisons. This work has applications for activity discovery, and also for related fields. For example, it could be used to evaluate systems intended for anomaly detection, intrusion detection, automated music transcription and potentially other applications

Branding emocional y la fidelización del cliente en la Lavandería Rosas Express, Rímac 2021

El objetivo de esta investigación fue establecer la relación entre el Branding emocional y la fidelización de los clientes de la Lavandería Rosas Express, Rímac 2021. El estudio fue de enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo aplicada y nivel correlacional, además tiene un diseño no experimental. Para esta investigación se trabajó con toda la población de 108 clientes aplicando una muestra censal. La técnica que se aplicó fue la encuesta y como instrumento, el cuestionario en donde se utilizó la escala ordinal de Likert. El instrumento tuvo veintiún (21) ítems en total, el cual estuvo conformado por: Branding emocional (11) y Satisfacción del cliente (12). El instrumento fue validado por juicio de expertos. En cuanto a la confiabilidad se hizo uso de una prueba piloto para determinar el Alpha de Cronbach, el cual resultó tener un valor general de 0,959, el cual significó contar con una valoración excelente de la fiabilidad según el coeficiente alfa de Cronbach. En cuanto a la conclusión llegada fue que se determinó que el Branding emocional y la fidelización del cliente se relacionan de una forma directa y significativa en la Lavandería Rosas Express, Rímac 2021, con un nivel de significancia de 0,000 y con p= 0,673, lo cual significó tener una correlación positiva moderada
