    Penggunaan Analytical Hierarchy Process dalam Penentuan Prioritas Penyuluhan Perikanan di Wilayah Perkotaan pada Pengelolaan Usaha Budidaya Perikanan: Kasus di Kota Bogor

    Kegiatan penyuluhan budidaya ikan merupakan salah satu faktor yang dianggap penting untuk diterapkan dengan baik di Bogor sebagai salah satu wilayah perkotaan di negara ini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) menentukan materi/informasi penyuluhan perikanan yang akan disampaikan untuk mengatasi permasalahan-permasalahan dan aspek-aspek terkini dalam USAha budidaya perikanan di wilayah perkotaan; (2) menentukan prioritas terhadap materi/ informasi penyuluhan perikanan; (3) menentukan pilihan alternatif sebagai strategi penyuluhan perikanan yang efektif pada pengelolaan USAha budidaya ikan di wilayah perkotaan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan desain eksplorasi yang diarahkan untuk memprioritaskan isu-isu tersebut dengan menerapkan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Sampel penelitian merupakan panel pakar/ahli yang terdiri dari sembilan responden (mewakili pembudidaya ikan, pejabat pembina, pengambil keputusan, dan akademisi) dibentuk untuk mengembangkan prioritas masalah penyuluhan budidaya perikanan secara sistematis dengan menggunakan AHP. Ada delapan isu utama yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, dimana setiap isu terdiri dari tiga sampai lima sub isu. Metode analisis data pada penelitian ini terdiri dari: (a) penilaian/pembandingan elemen berpasangan; (b) penyusunan matriks eigenvector berpasangan ternormalisasi dan uji konsistensi; dan (c) penetapan prioritas pada masing-masing hirarki. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa penerapan budidaya yang ramah lingkungan dan pelestarian ekosistem berada dalam prioritas utama dari kriteria materi/informasi penyuluhan di kota Bogor. Pengembangan USAha budidaya ikan yang produktif dan berkelanjutan adalah prioritas lain yang dianggap sebagai sub-kriteria utama dari materi/informasi penyuluhan budidaya perikanan. Selain itu, juga ditemukan bahwa kegiatan penyuluhan budidaya perikanan berbasis keterampilan adalah strategi yang paling efektif di daerah perkotaan seperti Kota Bogor

    Bubble tea also known as pearl milk tea is a popular Taiwanese tea-based drink invented in Taichung in the 1980s. Nowadays bubble tea shops are really popping up all over the world. Bubble tea shops have mushroomed all around Indonesia over the last few years. In Manado, there are at least three bubble tea brands that are very popular in town, those are Share Tea, Cha Time and Tea Presso. In today\u27s era, the effect of the development of business has brought the business into a very tight competition to gain the attention of customers. In order to create a successful business, it is necessary to understand the factors that motivates consumers to make purchases. The purpose of this research are to identify which bubble tea shop that people in Manado prefer the most and to identify which criteria has major influence in selecting bubble tea shop. The method used in this research is Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The main findings of this research are: 1) Based on the overall result that developed using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), Share Tea become the most preferred bubble tea shop by the consumers with score 0.52, followed by Cha Time (0.29) and Tea Presso (019). 2) Among all the criteria, flavour became the major influence or the key consideration for consumers in selecting bubble tea shop

    Abstract Decision making is an activity undertaken at a problem to be solved. One type of problem is a semi-structured problems are problems with multiple criteria and multiple alternatives. One method of making the decision to semi-structured problems is Analytical Hierachy Process (AHP), a method to compare two alternatives based on certain criteria (pairwise comparison), and among the criteria to compare one with the other criteria. When performing a comparison between two objects, the consistency of decision-makers must be maintained. The study aims to analyze the value of consistency in measurement technique AHP method. For semi-structured decision problems, maintaining consistency is not easy. Harmonic consistency index technique be an alternative to maintain the consistency of decision-makers. The workings of this technique is that, after the comparison of two objects put in a pairwise matrix, the matrix which has not been filled will be filled after seeing the comparison of two objects that already exist, without having to ask again to decision-makers. This technique is expected to ensure consistency of decision making is maintained. Three case studies applying a promotion decision-making in three high schools who are in the organization of an educational foundation in the city of Bandung.     Hotel has became the new business that developing quickly in Manado. It is happened due to the Manado tourism city program established by the city government which indirectly opening up the opportunities for the growth of hospitality industry in Manado. The purpose of this study is to analyze the criteria hotel that influence consumer and analyze the most star rating hotel chosen by the people. This research held from May until June 2015 in Manado city. The respondent are 30 person with using purposive sampling technique to determine the respondent. The respondent must have an experience at least spend one night in three star rating hotel (Peninsula, Arya Duta, Novotel). The method used is Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to compare each star rating hotel as the alternatives on each criteria developed based on the star rating hotel criteria and score it by using preference scale. As the result, there are two from four criteria that influence the consumer to choose star rating hotel. Price is the most preferred criteria followed by location in second position. In best hotel result, Peninsula become the best hotel chose by respondent, followed by Arya Duta and Novotel. The star rating hotel management hotel should consider about establish the price adjusted to the location and give the best service to consumer.     The Existence of bank is increasing steadily and rapidly since its inception in financial business industry, and has big influence direct to the public. For bank institution, customer is crucial consideration that bank must pay attention carefully. In order to keep existing customers and for attracting new customers, every banks needs to identify the criteria on which customers determine their bank selection decision because in world today especially in Manado customer faces a lots of choice in selecting which bank they want to patronize. Hence, the purpose of this study is to examine the significance of bank selection criteria, and how customers rank the factors based on their importance level to patronize banks and banking services. In this research used Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) in processing the data. The population in this research is those who have been customers of the banks PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, PT. BRI (Persero) Tbk, PT. BNI (Persero) Tbk, with purposive sampling to 50 respondents. As the finding, PT. Bank Mandiri becomes the most preferred bank compare to the other two in selecting the best bank. In result of overall criteria, the result shows there are three of seven criteria that have the highest scores, which are banks reputation, convenient location by bank, and high interest rate. Moreover, banks reputation factor becomes the priority criteria to be considered by customer in process decision- making the best bank. Finally, every company in Manado must give more attention to bank selection especially banks reputation, convenient location, and high interest rate as the most influence criteria when people decide to patronize a bank.     Measuring Service Quality Using Analytical Hierarchy Process (Ahp) in the Life Insurance Industry in Manado

    Life insurance industries become a very competitive and attractive. They not only focuses product but focus on maintaining service quality especially in manado. There two major life insurance in manado that is PT. Allianz life insurance and PT. Prudential life assurance. Each life insurance must to survive and gain profit through satisfy their customer in different way. This study aimed to find out who is the performer life insurance in relation with service quality using analytical hierarchy process and to identify the strength and weaknesses point of each life insurance trough the questioner that given to the customer that have experience with those two life insurance.AHP is a method for ranking decision alternative and selecting the best one when the decision maker has multiple objectives, or criteria, on which to base the decision. The result shows that the best performer life insurance relation with service quality in manado is Allianz. Overall the criteria that given Allianz is the best performer life insurance in relation with service quality measurement model and the most preferred life insurance over Prudential. Since Allianz as the best performer in service quality but not consistently, Allianz has keep maintaining their performance in services so that they can keep dominate the market.
