Modelo preventivo de seguridad de información aplicado a la gestión de documentos electrónicos con valor probatorio

Inicialmente, el uso masificado de las tecnologías informáticas en la actualidad ha permeado el desarrollo de nuevos modelos dentro del marco de las organizaciones, trayendo como consecuencia preocupaciones en torno a la seguridad informática y el tratamiento adecuado de la gestión de la información. Por consiguiente, las características fidedignas de los documentos electrónicos en el tiempo son el reflejo del valor probatorio en las organizaciones colombianas teniendo en cuenta la relación disciplinar con el campo de la evidencia digital para corroborar las propiedades en materia probatoria. De esta manera, se fortalecerán las buenas prácticas de gestión de documentos electrónicos en convergencia con la seguridad de información para optimizar el manejo de la integridad de los documentos electrónicos en el tiempo en las organizaciones colombianas que cuenten con una certificación en la Norma de seguridad de información ISO 2700-2013 y cuenten con un Programa de Gestión.Initially, the widespread use of Computer technologies has now permeated the development of new models within the organization framework, resulting in concerns about IT security and the appropriate treatment of information management. Consequently, the rellable characteristics of electronic documents over time are a reflection of the probative valué in Colombian organizations, taking into account the disciplinary relationship with the field of digital evidence to corrobórate the evidentiary properties. In this way, good practices of electronic document management in convergence with information security will be strengthened to optimize the management of the integrity of electronic documents over time in Colombian organizations that have a Certification in the Security Standard of Information ISO 27000 - 2013 and have a Document Management Program. Therefore, a model focused on the management of electronic documents is the result of a proposal interconnected with the security of information that allows to describe each phase of application in the documentary field of electronic nature, starting from a mechanism that guarantees the protection and validity Of digital objects over time.
