    Results of multi-agent system and ontology to manage ideas and represent knowledge in a challenge of creativity

    This article is about an intelligent system to support ideas management as a result of a multi-agent system used in a distributed system with heterogeneous information as ideas and knowledge, after the results about an ontology to describe the meaning of these ideas. The intelligent system assists participants of the creativity workshop to manage their ideas and consequently proposing an ontology dedicated to ideas. During the creative workshop many creative activities and collaborative creative methods are used by roles immersed in this creativity workshop event where they share knowledge. The collaboration of these roles is physically distant, their interactions might be synchrony or asynchrony, and the information of the ideas are heterogeneous, so we can say that the process is distributed. Those ideas are writing in natural language by participants which have a role and the ideas are heterogeneous since some of them are described by schema, text or scenario of use. This paper presents first, our MAS and second our Ontology design

    Diseñar sistemas de información para cooperar en ambientes complejos, plantea nuevos retos en teoría organizacional y requiere generar nuevas metodologías que permitan especificar e implementar modelos organizacionales. Los mecanismos de cooperación pueden ser estructurados usando servicios cooperativos inspirados en el comportamiento de un Sistema MultiAgente. Se realizó un estudio de diferentes metodologías de agentes y groupware, para extraer los elementos relevantes y así proponer una guía metodológica que facilite la elaboración de servicios cooperativos mediados por agentes. Se desarrolló un caso de estudio en donde se concluyó que al seguir los pasos de la guía metodológica propuesta facilita el proceso de implementación de servicios cooperativos.Designing information systems to cooperate in complex environments, raises new challenges in organizational theory and requires new methodologies to specify and implement organizational models. Cooperation mechanisms can be structured using cooperative services inspired by a Multi-Agent System behavior. Different agent and groupware methodologies have been studied to extract the relevant facts in order to propose a methodological guide that facilitates the development of cooperative services mediated by agents.
