Design of voltage reference circuit in ONSemi I3T technology

Napěťové reference tvoří základní součást většiny integrovaných obvodů. Cílem této práce je popsat jejich princip a v technologii ONSemi I3T25 navrhnout kompletní obvod reference včetně layoutu. Byla navržena bandgap napěťová reference s výstupním napětím 1,25 V a s předstabilizací napětí. Pro zvýšení přesnosti byl použit pětibitový trimovací obvod.Voltage references form an essential part of most integrated circuits. The aim of this thesis is to describe their principle and design complete circuit including layout in ONSemi I3T technology. Bandgap voltage reference with 1,25 V out-put and with preregulator was designed. Five-bit trimming circuit was used to increase accuracy.
