Pengalokasian Produk pada Ruang Rak Displai Gerai Minimarket Menggunakan Multilevel Association Rules
Product allocation and product assortment have a significant influence on customer buying behavior. With limitation on shelf space, retailer must determine the customer buying behavior to maximize the profit for retailer. This research is focused on the products shelf space allocation based on the association between product categories and subcategories using data mining technique, multilevel association rules. Takes advantage of data transactions, 4 associations between categories and 11 associations between subcategories products were obtained. The degrees of activity relationship between categories from 4 associations obtained by Activity Relationship Chart method. Optimization of Products Shelf Space Allocation Based on Product Price Using Multilevel Association Rules. Product allocation, product assortment, and product price have a significant influence on customer buying behavior. With limitation on shelf space, retailer must select, pricing, and allocate the products on shelf space optimally to maximize the profit for retailer. This research is focused on optimizing the products shelf space allocation based on the relationship between product categories and product price using data mining technique, multilevel association rules. Takes advantage of data transactions, 9 associations between categories, 24 associations between subcategories, and 67 associations between products were obtained. By using zero one integer programming selected 61 products with appropriate price that must be maintained to be allocated in the minimarket to maximize the retailer’s profit. Optimasi Alokasi Produk Pada Rak Displai Minimarket Bentar Menggunakan Algoritma Genetika Yang Dimodifikasi
Bisnis ritel di Indonesia saat ini sedang berkembang pesat.
Salah satu faktor kesuksesan bisnis ritel didukung oleh alokasi
produk yang efisien. Alokasi produk pada ruang rak display
merupakan satu aspek penting dalam bisnis retail. Susunan
produk pada rak memiliki dampak pada penjualan di beberapa
produk retail. Keterbatasan ruang rak membuat peritel harus
teliti dalam mengalokasikan setiap produk dan dimana
meletakkannya di rak sehingga mampu memberikan
keuntungan yang maksimal.
Pada optimasi alokasi produk pada ruang rak display
minimarket kali ini akan digunakan algoritma genetika yang
dimodifikasi dengan pemrograman integer untuk mencari
solusi dari semua kemungkinan yang ada. Metode ini dapat
digunakan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan optimasi
alokasi produk. Pemrograman integer pada metode ini
berfungsi untuk mendapatkan nilai bulat dari hasil algoritma
genetika yang bernilai riil.
Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah konfigurasi jumlah alokasi
produk katergori susu bubuk pada rak diplay minimarket yang
dibagi dalam lima layer. Jumlah alokasi produk tersebut
digunakan untuk membuat peta konfigurasi produk di rak
display. Peta konfigurasi produk ini dapat membantu peritel
dalam menentukan jumlah produk yang harus didisplai pada
rak sehingga alokasi produk yang didisplai dapat optimal dan
total keuntungan yang diperoleh pada setiap layer yaitu Rp

Retail business is growing rapidly in Indonesia. One of the
success factors of retail businesses are suported by the
efficiency of allocation products. Allocation on shelf display is
an important aspect of the retail business. The composition of
the product on the shelf have an impact on retail sales in some
products. Shelf space imitations make retailers should be
careful in allocating in each product and where to put them on
the shelf thus it can provide maximum benefit.
This shelf-space allocation optimization will use a modified
genetic algorithm with Integer Programming to look for a
solution of all the possibilities that exist. This method can be
used to solve optimization of product allocation problems.
Integer Programming is used to get the integer value from
genetic algorithm’s value.
The result of this study is the conguration of children milk
powder product’s allocation on the minimarket shelf-diplay
which is divided into five layers. Total amount of allocation
products are suded to make the children milk powder product’s
placement map. The placement map can help retailer in
determining the amount of product that should displayed so that
it can optimized and the total profit that earned from each
layers are Rp 30.015,00 for first layer; Rp 46.514,00 for second
layer; Rp 50.473,75 for third layer; Rp 44.465,00 for fourth
layer; and Rp 54.910,00 for fifth layer
Optimasi Ruang Penempatan Produk Pada Palet Dengan Menggunakan Algoritma Genetika Dan Tabu Search Pada PT. ABC
PT. ABC merupakan suatu perusahaan ritel di Indonesia yang menyediakan berbagai macam produk kebutuhan konsumen. Berbagai macam supplier memasok produk yang dibutuhkan oleh perusahaan yang nantinya akan disimpan di gudang untuk proses pendistribusian. PT. ABC melaksanakan distribusi barang/produk langsung ke tangan konsumen sesuai dengan rantai ritel (retail chain). Di gudang banyak jenis barang yang disimpan, namun perusahaan ritel fokus dalam menyimpan barang-barang yang akan dilanjutkan dalam proses distribusi barang, termasuk PT. ABC. Barang-barang akan disimpan dalam suatu wadah yang dikenal dengan palet.
Dalam proses distribusi, penggunaan ruang palet sangat berpengaruh dan sangat penting. Jumlah barang/produk yang disimpan di palet menjadi pertimbangan dalam efisiensi ruang palet. Usaha yang dapat dilakukan oleh PT. ABC dalam meningkatkan efisiensi ruang palet adalah dengan mengoptimalkan penggunaan ruang palet yang ada di gudang.
Untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan dalam penempatan produk pada ruang palet, dilakukan dua kali proses pengerjaan, yaitu penyelesaian menggunakan metode Algoritma Genetika dan kombinasi metode Algoritma Genetika dengan tabu search. Dari kedua metode dilakukan perbandingan dengan batasan yang sama.
Hasil yang didapatkan dari tugas akhir ini berupa komposisi optimal dari susunan barang-barang yang akan diletakkan pada masing-masing palet beserta perbandingan antara metode Algoritma Genetika dan GATS berupa nilai fitness yaitu sisa ruang yang tidak terpakai. Hasil dari perbandingan kedua metode mendapatkan nilai optimal yang sama namun waktu pemrosesan metode Algoritma Genetika lebih cepat dibandingkan dengan metode GATS. Perbedaan hasil dari kedua metode didapatkan dari barang kategori bahan dapur, dengan jumlah barang lebih dari 1 maka nilai fitness yang dihasilkan berbeda. Hasil perbedaan dari skenario 2 dan skenario 3 barang kategori bahan dapur adalah sebesar 15% dan 70%.

PT. ABC is a retail company in Indonesia which have supply various product that consumer needs. Many suppliers supply products that required by the company that will be stored in warehouses for distribution process. PT. ABC carry out the distribution of products directly to consumers in accordance with the retail chains. In the warehouse there are many types of products stored, but the retail company focused in storing products that will be continued in the distribution of products, it also happened in PT ABC. The products will be stored in a container, called pallet. In the process of distribution, the use of pallet space is very influential and very important. The amount of products stored in pallets into consideration of pallet space efficiency. PT. ABC increased pallets space efficiency by optimizing the use of space in the warehouse pallets. To solve the problems in the placement of products on pallet space, there are two step of process : genetic algorithm methods and combinations of genetic algorithm with tabu search, and will do a comparison of them.
Results obtained from this thesis in the form of the composition of the optimal arrangement of the items will be placed on each pallet along with a comparison between the methods of Genetic Algorithm and GATS form of a fitness value that is the remainder of unused space. The results of the comparison of the two methods to get the optimal value is the same, but the processing time of Genetic Algorithm method is faster than the method of GATS. The difference results from both methods obtained from materials kitchen goods category, with the number of goods is more than one then the fitness value produced differently.
