THE QUESTION OF ETHNIC IDENTITY OF THE BELARUSIAN COMMUNITY ON THE EXAMPLE OF SPIRITUAL CULTURE A. IZERHYINAЭтнічная ідэнтычнасць - дынамічны працэс, які можа падвяргацца шматлікім трансфармацыям. Аўтар прыходзіць да высновы, што ў эпоху глабалізацыі “ідэнтычнасць” і галоўныя тэндэнцыі ў развіцці этнічнай ідэнтычнасці беларусаў Літвы з’яўляецца прадметам выбару, характарызуюцца зменлівасцю, рухомасцю, множнасцю.Згодна палявых матэрыялаў (сабраных аўтарам на працягу 2015-2017 гг. на тэрыторыі Літоўскай Рэсрублікі), аўтар прыходзіцьда высновы, што хоць развіццё глабалізацыі не прыводзіць да сцірання этнічных адрозненняў, але этнічная ідэнтычнасць, як форма групавой ідэі зведвае сур’ёзныя змены, як у бок гіпербалізацыі, так і змяншэння. Этнанацыянальныя ідэалогіі, захаванне і распрацоўкі творчай элітай вобразаў мінулага спрыяюць кансалідацыі беларускай супольнасці і фарміраванню этнічнай ідэнтычнасці розных узроўняў.=Ethnic identity is a dynamic process that can undergo many transformations. The author comes to the conclusion that in the era of globalization, the "identity" and the main tendencies of the ethnic identity development of the Belarusians in Lithuania are the subject of choice, characterized by variability, mobility, and multiplicity.According to the field data collected by the author during 2015–2017 on the territory of the Republic of Lithuania, the author has come to the conclusion that although the development of globalization does not lead to the erasure of ethnic differences, the ethnic identity as a form of group idea undergoes serious changes to both hyperbolization and reduction. The ethnic and national ideology, preservation and development of the images of the past by the creative elite have contributed to the consolidation of the Belarusian society and the formation of the ethnic identity on different levels
