Technological priorities for the development of Russia’s industrial sector in the context of deep digital penetration

Industry 4.0 dictates certain requirements for the modernisation of processes and production facilities. This is especially true for industry, which has a relatively high share of the country’s gross domestic product The outline of the future strategic development of the industry sector in an environment of external change is therefore of particular relevance. The purpose of the study is to forecast technology priorities and possible stages of development of advanced manufacturing technologies in Russia. The main research method is foresight methodology, based on long-term integrated assessment models of global production and technology market development in scenario form. This method has allowed to identify the most functional information resources needed for this study. The article presents a methodology for systemic anticipation of long-term technological change to update the strategic vector of industrial development, which is consistent with the context and content of the country’s industrial policy. The study resulted in a comprehensive forecast of possible stages in the development of advanced production technologies and the anticipation of the priority of technological changes to modernise the industrial complex in the context of deep digital penetration, based on the concept of a new industrial society

Экологичность как функция моды в обществе цифровых трансформаций

The environmental issue is one of the key problems of the present. Most respectable and representative forums today discuss the forecasts of future, on whose basis increasingly strict preventive measures to stop destruction of planetary ecosystem are proposed. These transformations affect the fashion industry as well. One can conclude that the fashion industry in its current state, and even more so the trends of “fast fashion” that have formed inside it do not respond to the demands of environmental friendliness, further promoting overproduction and unrestrained consumption. Based on this many researchers forecast the world where modern fashion is out of place, assert the end or even “death” of fashion. Nevertheless, as well as many other social and cultural phenomena, when fashion dies in one shape, it has all chances to be reborn and appear in a new light that would respond to new demands. In the article the author reviews new trends appearing in the fashion industry that promote its establishment as environmentally friendly, and also the birth of the so-called “sustainable fashion”. Taking into account the speed of changes happening in the world, the author assumes that new trends are going to show themselves to the full extent in the coming years.Проблема экологии — одна из ключевых проблем современности. На многих наиболее уважаемых и представительных площадках сегодня обсуждаются прогнозы будущего, на основе которых выдвигаются все более жесткие превентивные меры, которые смогут препятствовать разрушению планетарной экосистемы. Данные трансформации затрагивают и индустрию моды. Можно констатировать, что индустрия моды в ее сегодняшнем виде, и тем более сформировавшиеся в ней тренды так называемой быстрой моды, не отвечают требованиям экологичности и только способствуют перепроизводству и безудержному потреблению. В связи с этим сегодня многие исследователи прогнозируют мир, в котором современной моде нет места, констатируют конец или даже «смерть» моды. Тем не менее мода, как многие социокультурные явления, умирая в одном виде, имеет все шансы переродиться и предстать в новом, отвечающем новым требованиям свете. В статье автор рассматривает новые появляющиеся в индустрии моды тренды, способствующие становлению ее как экологичной индустрии и рождению так называемой «устойчивой моды». Учитывая скорость происходящих в мире изменений, автор предполагает, что новые тренды проявят себя в полной мере уже в ближайшие годы

The Influence of the Digitalization of the Banking System on the Transformation of Cash and Money Circulation in the Russian Federation

The purpose: to investigate the impact of digital technologies in the banking sector on the transformation of cash circulation in the Russian Federation.Methods: comparative-statistical, system, expert-analytical.Results: the reasons that determine the possibilities for expanding the use of non-cash payments are noted, the advantages of non-cash payments and QR payments are determined.Conclusions: the author substantiates the development and implementation of the digital economy and its impact on the control of cash flows of all counterparties of the financial system
