Digitalizacija in avtomatizacija prinašata pomembne spremembe tudi v železniškem prometu, kjer vplivata na organizacijo dela in učinkovitost sistema. Diplomsko delo se osredotoča na primer železniške postaje Pragersko, ki je bila v zadnjih letih celovito modernizirana.
Diplomsko delo raziskuje vpliv sprememb pri uvajanju sodobnih informacijskih sistemov ILTIS, GSM-R, SCADE, PIS in ETCS na delo prometnika oziroma progovnega prometnika ter na organizacijo vodenja prometa. Pri tem so bili uporabljeni opisna, primerjalna in analitična metoda, študija primera ter polstrukturirani intervju z zaposlenimi.
Rezultati kažejo, da je digitalizacija povečala pretočnost prog in učinkovitost dela glede na prejšnje stanje, obenem pa združila naloge več prometnikov v eno delovno mesto progovnega prometnika. To pomeni večjo odgovornost, večjo psihično obremenitev in potrebo po višji ravni strokovnega znanja. Kljub avtomatizaciji ostaja človeški dejavnik ključen za zagotavljanje varnosti in zanesljivosti železniškega prometa.Digitalization and automation have introduced significant changes in railway traffic, influencing both work organization and system efficiency. This thesis focuses on the case of Pragersko railway station, which has undergone extensive modernization in recent years.
The research analyses the impact of modern information systems ILTIS, GSM-R, SCADA, PIS, ETCS, on the work of the dispatcher and line dispatcher, as well as on the organization of traffic management. A descriptive, comparative and analytical method was applied, combined with a case study and structured interviews with employees.
The results show that digitalization has increased line capacity and work efficiency to the previous state), while consolidating the tasks of several dispatchers into a single line dispatcher position. This has resulted in greater responsibility, higher psychological workload, and the need for advanced professional expertise.
