Estudio de prefactibilidad para la construcción de un campo deportivo de grass sintético en la provincia de Yarowilca- Chavinillo 2023

Abstract

El proyecto consiste en la elaboración de un estudio de prefactibilidad de un campo deportivo de grass sintético con techo en el distrito de Chavinillo, provincia de Yarowilca. El objetivo principal es satisfacer las necesidades deportivas de más de 6156 habitantes, quienes actualmente carecen de instalaciones adecuadas para la práctica de deportes. Actualmente, la falta de instalaciones deportivas adecuadas en el distrito y las limitaciones en las losas deportivas cercanas han generado la necesidad de contar con una mejor infraestructura que permita la práctica de diversas disciplinas deportivas a lo largo del año, independientemente de las condiciones climáticas predominantes en la zona.The project involves the development of a pre-feasibility study for the construction of a synthetic grass sports field with a roof in the district of Chavinillo, province of Yarowilca. The main objective is to meet the sports needs of over 6,156 inhabitants, who currently lack adequate facilities for practicing sports. The lack of proper sports facilities in the district, along with the limitations of nearby sports courts, has created the need for better infrastructure that allows for the practice of various sports disciplines throughout the year, regardless of the prevailing weather conditions in the area. Additionally, there is suitable and available land for the construction. The synthetic grass sports field will be centrally located within the town, close to important landmarks such as the main square and the municipal stadium. The goal is to promote physical activity, personal and cultural development within the community, and improve the quality of life of its residents. The synthetic grass sports field will function as a multi-sport complex, offering the opportunity to practice volleyball, basketball, and soccer, providing a wide range of sports options for the local population. The financial evaluation results indicate that the project is profitable, with a Net Present Value (NPV) of S/. 52,054.74 and an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 38.19%, making it attractive to potential investors. Additionally, this project is expected to promote the athletic and social development of the community
