Motivation of high school student specializing in social work to choose a career as a social worker

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na motivaci studentů středních škol s oborem sociální činnosti k volbě kariéry sociálního pracovníka. Teoretická část se týká historie sociální práce v České republice, také jejím významem, definicí a modely motivace v kontextu sociální práce. Praktická část je prezentována výzkumným šetřením, které spočívá ve zpracovávání anonymního dotazníku pro studenty a následného vyhodnocení zjištěných výsledků. Cílem studie je identifikovat důvody, proč si studenti vybírají budoucí kariéru v oblasti sociální práce a zjistit, které oblasti sociální práce jsou pro ně nejatraktivnější.Bachelor's thesis focuses on the motivation of high school students specializing in social work to choose a career as a social worker.The theoretical part addresses the history of social work in the Czech Republic, its signifikance, definition and motivation models in the context of social work. The practical presents part presents research conducted through an Anonymous questionnaire for students, followed by an evaluation of the collected data.
