This training aims to provide discourse for teachers to gain the knowledge and skills needed to integrate Podcasts as an effective and interactive learning media for Speaking. Podcasts have also been shown to improve students\u27 speaking skills. There were 40 teachers as respondents in this training. This study is a quantitative descriptive study where the data was obtained through a questionnaire. The study showed that 83% of the teachers agreed that this training boosts their enthusiasm to try new things in learning. 70% of the participants felt that this training was beneficial because it gave them practical knowledge and skills that could be directly applied in the classroom. And 63% of the teachers agreed that Podcasts could help improve students\u27 speaking skills. This study has implications for providing new knowledge and insights regarding interactive and innovative teaching Speaking for teachers. For students, this study has implications for providing an alternative to improve speaking and listening skills with a fun and up-to-date method. This study also provides implications for policymakers regarding the importance of continuous technology training for teachers to improve their professionalism and insight into effective and interactive English teaching
