Factores clave para el control de gestión en una empresa constructora cubana

Abstract

Construction companies need to incorporate scientific knowledge to carry out their strategy, management and permanent adaptation to changing situations. The objective of the research is to reveal key factors for the integration of management control tools in a construction company. A diagnosis and identification of opportunities for improvement is made through documentary analysis and interviews with the work team, and analysis and synthesis of all the information reviewed in the specialized literature on management control and its tools. The identification of key factors for the integration of the strategic direction within the management control, favors alignment evaluation between the strategic objectives and the processes of the organization and the concretion of its measurement in indicators under a balanced approach that would favor greater effectiveness in the strategic results of the organization.Las empresas constructoras necesitan incorporar conocimientos científicos para llevar a cabo su estrategia, gestión y adaptación permanente a las situaciones de cambio. El objetivo de la investigación es revelar factores clave para la integración de herramientas de control de gestión en una empresa constructora. Se realiza un diagnóstico e identificación de oportunidades de mejora a través de análisis documental, entrevista al equipo de trabajo, y análisis y síntesis de toda la información revisada en la literatura especializada sobre el control de gestión y sus herramientas. La identificación de los factores clave para la integración de la dirección estratégica dentro del control de gestión, favorece la evaluación del alineamiento entre los objetivos estratégicos y los procesos de la organización y la concreción de su medición en indicadores bajo bajo una óptica equilibrada que propiciaría mayor efectividad en los resultados estratégicos de la organización
