Abstract
U ovom se radu fokusira na utjecaj javnih nastupa konkretno javnih govora te njihov utjecaj na tijek povijesti i na tijek sadašnjosti pa i budućnosti. U radu sam prikazala razvijanje govora od početaka u antičkoj Grčkoj i klasičnom Rimu pa sve do 20. stoljeća te današnjih oblika govora odnosno javnih nastupa. Rad se fokusira na specifične izazove govornika i pitanje utjecaja govora na populaciju. Rad se oslanja na stručnu literaturu današnjih retoričara te analizira javne govore te utjecaj govorništva i javnih nastupa od početaka do danas postavljajući zaključak da govori imaju veoma značajan utjecaj na oblikovanje svijeta u kojem živimo.This paper puts focus on the impact of public appearances, specifically public speeches, and their impact on the course of history and the course of the present and even the future. In this paper, I have presented the development of speech from its beginnings in ancient Greece and classical Rome until the 20th century and today's forms of speech and public appearances. The paper focuses on the specific challenges of speakers and the issue of the impact of speech on the population. The paper relies on the professional literature of today's rhetoricians and analyzes public speeches and the impact of public speaking and public appearances from the beginning to the present, concluding that speeches have a significant impact on shaping the world in which we live
