This repository is for the manuscript "Three new species of shrew (Soricidae: Crocidura) from West Sumatra, Indonesia: elevational and morphological divergence in syntopic, sister taxa." It contains morphological data, data analysis scripts, and plotting functions needed to run the Bayesian regression models used to generate the size-corrected cranial measurements and Figure 3.
