Corresponsabilidad en la relación trabajo-familia: una revisión exploratoria

47 p.El objetivo de la investigación es doble: (1) establecer una definición del concepto de corresponsabilidad en el marco de la relación trabajo-familia y (2) describir los instrumentos utilizados para medir la corresponsabilidad. Lo anterior, mediante una revisión sistemática de tipo exploratorio, a través de los lineamientos PRISMA “Preferred Reporting Items Systematic Review and Meta Analysis” (Bossuyt et al., 2021). La búsqueda de registros fue realizada desde las bases de datos Scopus (Elsevier), WEB OF SCIENCE (WoS) y ProQuest One Academic, se refinó la búsqueda por: A) tipo de documento (artículos científicos); B) idioma (inglés). Fueron extraídos 1708 registros, de los cuales 36 fueron incluidos en la síntesis cualitativa. Entre los principales resultados obtenidos se destaca que: 1) la mayoría de los artículos provienen de países de habla hispana, 2) las definiciones de corresponsabilidad coinciden en la distribución equitativa de labores domésticas y de cuidado entre los miembros del grupo familiar como el eje principal del constructo, influido además por factores externos, como las políticas estatales y organizacionales de conciliación trabajo-familia 3) los instrumentos de evaluación utilizados en las investigaciones evalúan la corresponsabilidad de manera indirecta y (4) una propuesta de definición de corresponsabilidad. Se discuten las implicancias del estudio, se analizan las dificultades para operacionalizar el constructo y se sugieren futuras líneas de investigación. // ABSTRACT: The objective of the research is twofold: (1) to establish a definition of the concept of coresponsibility within the framework of the work-family relationship and (2) to describe the instruments used to measure co-responsibility. The foregoing, through a systematic exploratory review, through the PRISMA guidelines "Preferred Reporting Items Systematic Review and Meta Analysis" (Bossuyt et al., 2021). The search for records was carried out from the Scopus (Elsevier), WEB OF SCIENCE (WoS) and ProQuest One Academic databases, the search was refined by: A) type of document (scientific articles); B) language (English). 1708 records were extracted, of which 36 were included in the qualitative synthesis. Among the main results obtained, it stands out that: 1) most of the articles come from Spanishspeaking countries, 2) the definitions of co-responsibility coincide in the equitable distribution of domestic and care tasks among the members of the family group as the main axis of the construct, also influenced by external factors, such as state and organizational policies for work-family reconciliation 3) the evaluation instruments used in the investigations evaluate co-responsibility indirectly and (4) a proposal for a definition of co-responsibility. The implications of the study are discussed, the difficulties to operationalize the construct are analyzed and future lines of research are suggested
