THE ANTHROPOLOGICAL COMPLEXITY OF DIGITAL COMMUNICATION AND ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND HOW TO DEAL WITH IT: A DIALOGUE BETWEEN YUVAL NOAH HARARI, BYUNG-CHUL HAN AND PAOLO BENANTI

Abstract

The relationship between artificial intelligence and the world of digital communication raise numerous complex problems of a philosophical and even theological nature. The multidisciplinary dialogue between the perspectives of thought of referential authors such as Harari, Han and Benanti can help to map the scenario that these disciplines pose in our society. This article seeks, beyond immediate formulas, to extract guidelines for joint thinking and action within the framework of a dialogic ethic of a complex and transversal nature. The lack of a gender perspective in the authors analyzed is considered a fundamental handicap that must be compensated with other complementary developments.La relación entre la inteligencia artificial y el mundo de la comunicación digital plantea numerosos problemas complejos de tipo filosófico e incluso teológico. El diálogo multidisciplinar entre las perspectivas de pensamiento de autores referenciales como  Harari, Han y Benanti puede ayudar a mapear el escenario que estas disciplinas plantean en nuestra sociedad. El presente artículo busca, más allá de fórmulas inmediatas, extraer pautas y guías de pensamiento conjunto y de actuación en el marco de una ética dialógica de carácter también complejo y transversal. La falta de la perspectiva de género en los autores analizados se considera un hándicap fundamental que ha de ser compensado con otros desarrollos complementarios
