Winch with telescopic lifting machanism

Abstract

Tema ovog diplomskog rada je proračun i konstrukcija vitla s teleskopskim mehanizmom dizanja. Zadatkom je bilo zadano da teleskop mora podići težinu tereta od 2t na visinu od 14 m, brzinom dizanja od 20 m/min, dok je zadana brzina vožnje vitla također 20 m/min, te da se teleskop može okretati oko svoje vertikalne osi brzinom od 2 °/s. Na samom početku rada ponuđeno je par koncepata, nakon čega je izabran odgovarajući koncept koji se u nastavku rada konstrukcijski proračunavao. Na kraju rada nalazi se tehnička dokumentacija sklopa.The topic of this master thesis is the calculation and design of a winch with a telescopic lifting mechanism. The task was that the telescope must lift a load with a weight of 2t to a height of 14 m, with a lifting speed of 20 m/min, while the speed of the winch is also 20 m/min, and that the telescope can rotate around its vertical axis at a speed of 2 °/s. At the beginning of this paper, a couple of concepts were offered, after which the appropriate concept was chosen, which design was calculated. At the end of the work is the technical documentation of the assembly
