Peshtigo 54218
Abstract
The "Peshtigo" was built by Alvin Turner in 1869 at Trenton, Michigan. She was a wooden vessel of 660 gross ton. Her rigging was changed to a schooner in Milwaukee, Wisconsin in 1876. She was changed to propeller at Detroit, Michigan in 1896. In 1908, she was stranded at Mission Point, Mackinac Island. She was declared a total loss, however no lives were lostSimilar works
