Stories as a good tool for teaching and learning in Primary Education

Abstract

En la presente propuesta didáctica dirigida a la etapa de educación primaria, después de una enmarcación conceptual del concepto del cuento, como herramienta didáctica de calidad, destacamos su gran presencia en el currículo del área de lengua en todos los cursos( de 1º a 6º), especialmente en el primer y quinto bloque de contenidos. Además se propone un cuento de elaboración propia como ejemplo y base para tratar varios contenidos curriculares de áreas como lengua, ciencias sociales, naturales e inglés.In the present didactic proposal directed to the stage of primary education, after framing the concept of the story, as a quality didactic tool, we highlight its great presence in the curriculum of the language area in all the courses (from 1st to 6th), especially in the first and fifth content blocks. It also proposes a self-made story as an example and the base to deal with various curricular contents of areas such as language, social and natural sciences and English
