Yoga: This 30-minute yoga flow sequence focuses on the activation and engagement of the whole body through breath-focused postures that create space and strength. Keep your focus on your breath by inhaling to the fullness of your breath and exhaling completely. Workout time: 30 minutes Trainer Tip: Drop the knees in plank to decrease the intensity.
