Investigation on the supervision mode in the application of adjuvant drugs in hospitals

Abstract

目的：制定规范化的监管办法,探讨有效监管辅助用药的模式,为降低药占比提供保障。方法：建立包括目录管理、用药管理,处方（医嘱）专项点评和配套的考评与奖惩等辅助用药制度的监管模式,使用药占比、辅助用药消耗总金额和人均费用及不合理用药发生率等指标对监管效果进行评价。结果：辅助用药监管模式行之有效,药占比、辅助用药消耗金额、人均费用和不合理用药发生率均呈明显下降趋势,成效显著。结论：解放军第一七五医院/厦门大学附属东南医院的辅助用药监管模式可行,但需不断完善,持续改进。Objective: To develop standardized supervision methods and explore effective supervision mode in the application of adjuvant drugs, so as to provide evidence for the reduction of drug use percentage. Methods: The supervision mode of adjuvant drugs was developed, including drug category management, medication management, prescription review, auxiliary examination and evaluation system, and reward and punishment system as well. This facilitated a sound evaluation on drug use percentage, total cost of adjuvant drugs, average cost per capita and rate of irrational medication concerning supervision efficiency. Results: The supervision mode in the application of adjuvant drugs worked well, enabling drug use percentage, total cost of adjuvant drugs, average cost per capita and rate of irrational medication to decrease considerably, and good results were thus achieved. Conclusion: The supervision mode of adjuvant drugs in the hospital was feasible. However, further efforts were required for the perfection of the supervision mode
