MENADŽERSKE VJEŠTINE : Završni rad

Abstract

Uspješni menadžer se postaje, a ne rađa. Iako postoje osobine koje bi menadžeri trebali imati, vještine i znanja su ono što ih čini uspješnima. Menadžerske vještine se neprestano usavršavaju kroz godine iskustva. Njihovo učenje nikada ne prestaje. Uspješnost organizacije ne ovisi samo o menadžeru već i o zaposlenima koje menadžer vodi i kojima upravlja. On motivira svoje zaposlene, pruža im podršku te se oslanja na njih u poslu. U ovom radu naglasak je na važnosti menadžerskih vještina te percepciji IT menadžera o važnosti menadžerskih vještina. Provedeno je istraživanje na pet IT tvrtki. Neki od menadžera su uspješniji, a neki manji uspješni. Svi imaju mjesta za napredak i vremena za promjenu u percepciji što se može postići neprestanim razvijanjem znanja i vještina.A successful manager is not born, it becomes. While there are qualities that managers should have, skills and knowledge are what make them successful. Management skills are constantly being refined through years of experience. Their teaching never stops. The success of an organization depends not only on the manager but also on the employees the manager manages. He motivates his employees, supports them and relies on them in business. This paper emphasizes the importance of management skills and the perception of IT managers on the importance of management skills. Research was conducted on five IT companies. Some of the managers are more successful and some are less successful. They all have space for progress and time for change in perception, which can be achieved by constantly developing knowledge and skills
