Abstract

Досліджується процес створення Національного агентства із забезпечення якості вищої освіти (далі НАЗЯВО) як важливої складової механізму формування і надійного функціонування системи забезпечення якості вищої освіти (Система якості), трьох її підсистем: внутрішнього і зовнішнього забезпечення якості освітньої діяльності і якості вищої освіти та якісної діяльності НАЗЯВО. Окреслена роль Нацагентства у Системі якості, визначені негативні наслідки і ризики, що виникли через затримку з його створенням. Аналізуються кроки щодо відновлення Агентства і організації його діяльності.The main characteristic of the results of the fierce social and economic activity, including the educational, is their quality. It applies to the quality of higher education, based on its exclusive role in shaping the intellectual potential of the nation, ensuring the preemptive economic development of the State. Ukraine, having joined the Bologna process and signing Association with the European Union, has committed to reforming higher education, improving its quality. It is defined by the Law of Ukraine "аn Higher Education" in 2014, which complies with European quality standards and is accentuated by the integration of the national High School into the European educational space
