Odgojna uloga borilačkih vještina u Hrvatskoj

Abstract

Odgoj djece i mladih vrlo je složen proces. Postoji čitav niz čimbenika koji su uključeni u odgoj. Ciljevi, zadaci i metode odgoja moraju biti usmjereni na potpuni i pravilan psihofizički rast i razvoj svakog djeteta. Djeca i mladi stječu odgojne vrijednosti kroz različite aktivnosti u svom životu. U radu se govori o borilačkim vještinama kao tjelesnim aktivnostima koje donose mnoge dobrobiti u odgoju djece i mladih. Različitim je istraživanjima potvrđeno kako tjelesne aktivnosti pozitivno utječu na psihičko i tjelesno stanje mlade osobe. Postavlja se pitanje jesu li i borilačke vještine pozitivan oblik tjelesnih aktivnosti za odgoj djece i mladih. U radu se nalazi opći ili generalni razvoj borilačkih vještina koje su kroz povijest imale odgojnu ulogu i koje su u današnjem obliku izrasle u aktivnosti od značajnog odgojnog utjecaja na mladog čovjeka. Također se bolje razjašnjava razlika između borilačkih vještina i borilačkih sportova. Detaljnije se proučava odgojna uloga pojedinih borilačkih vještina kroz povijest. Ističu se najznačajnije odgojne vrijednosti koje proučavane vještine sadrže u svojim tradicionalnim oblicima. Prolazimo kroz tisuću godina staru tradiciju hrvanja i ističemo odgojni značaj koji susrećemo u pojedinim razdobljima. Dotičemo se najstarijih korijena juda, karatea i taekwodoa. Prikazujemo njihova načela po kojima funkcioniraju i danas. Uspoređujemo odgojne vrijednosti s odrednicama svake borilačke vještine. Proučavamo odgojnu ulogu trenera borilačkih vještina kroz povijest. U konačnici kroz istraživanje saznajemo što o odgojnoj ulozi borilačkih vještina misle današnji sportaši i treneri. Oni nam daju svoja mišljenja o odgojnoj ulozi borilačkih vještina. Saznajemo i koliko je uloga trenera značajna u odgoju djece/mladih sportaša te kojim se to odgojnim metodama koriste treneri kako bi postigli nabolje odgojne rezultate. Istraživanjem dobivamo cjelovitu sliku o tome koje su odgojne vrijednosti sportaši usvojili kroz borilačke vještine te njeguju li oni i danas stečene vrijednosti i koliko im je to važno u životu. Uz sve navedeno, ovim radom ćemo prvenstveno saznati koje su to pozitivne, a koje negativne strane borilačkih vještina i imaju li značajnu odgojnu ulogu u Hrvatskoj.Education of children and young people is a very complex process. There are a number of factors involved in education. Goals, tasks, and methods of education have to be aimed towards the complete and proper psychophysical growth and development of each child. Children and young people gain educational values through various activities in their lives. The paper deals with martial arts as body activities that bring many benefits to the education of children and young people. Various studies have confirmed that physical activities have a positive influence on the psychological and physical condition of a young person. The question is whether the martial arts are a positive form of physical activity for the education of children and young people. What we find out through this paper is some common or general development of martial arts which have had an educational role throughout history, and which have grown into activities of today, that have a significant educational impact on a young man. It also better clarifies the difference between martial arts and martial sports. More specifically, the educational role of some martial arts through history is studied. They highlight the most important educational values that the studied skills contain in their traditional forms. We go through a thousand years old wrestling tradition and we emphasize the educational significance that we encounter in some periods. We approach the oldest roots of judo, karate, and taekwondo. We show their principles by which they function today. We compare educational values with the attributes of each martial arts. We study the educational role of martial arts coaches through history. Ultimately, through research, we know what the athletes and trainers think of the educational role of martial arts. They give us their opinions about the educational role of martial arts. We also find out how much the role of a coach is important in raising children / young athletes. We also learn which training methods trainers used to achieve the best educational results. The research gives us a complete picture of the athletes' educational values gained through martial arts. We find out whether they still nurture the acquired values and how important it is for them in their lives. In addition to this, in this paper we will firstly find out which are the positive and the negative sides of martial arts and do they have a significant educational role in Croatia
