Abstract

One of the basic characteristics of our society is social domination of modern reason, which has originated from and also organized "atomic" private individuals. It produces some "impediment" historically, including not only so-called "handicapped" but also even "childhood". At the same time it also produces some ways of institutionalized social treatment of such "impediment" necessarily for the reproduction of itself. So-called "special education" and, further to say, modern national system of education itself must be made problematic from this point of view. Modern education is a kind of dominating and social defense system, which is, as such, to be radically changed
