Abstract

Data was collected in the lab and analysed using R. Code was the letter identifier for each mitochondrial/y line combination. mtDNA = mitochondrial type, mtDup = the mitochondrial duplicate, yDup = Y line dulicate, Coevolved = denotes if the mito Y combination is co-evolved or not co-evolved
