Safety and Health at Work Management System as a tool in generating labor welfare in enterprises

Abstract

La presente investigación pretende analizar los elementos para la implementación de un Sistema de Gestión de la Seguridad y salud en el Trabajo SG-SST en las empresas. Se revisa el concepto que define dicho sistema, establecido por el gobierno nacional y el Ministerio del Trabajo, para así encontrar de qué manera se crea bienestar laboral gracias a los mecanismos y características de dicho sistema mitigando los riesgos a los que se ven expuestos los trabajadores.This research pretends to analyse the importance of a good implementation of the Safety and Health at Work Management System. The concept that defines the sistem is reviewed, established by the National Government and Ministry of Labor in order to find out how workplace wellness is created inside the companies by mitigating the risk to which workers are exposed
