En 1332 Alava hizo su entrega voluntaria a Castilla convirtiéndose en una región foral que mantenía sus fueros, jurisdicciones, libertades y exenciones. Se presentan las disposiciones del Fuero escrito alavés y el pacto de entrega de la provincia de Alava.
