    No full text
Credit distribution is the main activity of banks, therefore the main source of income for banks comes from this activity which provides output in the form of loan interest income. Banking plays an important role in national economic growth to increase people's productivity by circulating money for consumption, working capital and investment. Issuance of OJK Regulation Number 11/PJOK.03/2020 concerning National Economic Stimulus as a Countercyclical Policy for the Impact of the Spread of COVID-19. The regulation states that debtors whose businesses are affected by the pandemic can apply for restructuring to related finance companies, such as banks. There are two research models, namely to find out what factors affect NPL and the success of restructuring by knowing the most effective method from several alternatives, where one alternative is taken from the previous model. This research step begins by processing data on the financial statements of four state-owned banks from 2011-2020 using panel data regression with independent variables, namely CAR, LDR, NIM, BOPO, inflation rate and BI rate with the dependent variable being NPL. The second research is to take one sample, namely Bank XYZ, with qualitative methods through direct interviews with experienced employees at the management level. To get a more objective decision, the author uses a decision making tool using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) Expert Choices methodology. The results of this study indicate that the factors that affect the NPL are BOPO, NIM and CAR. The most effective restructuring method is the rescheduling method. Based on these facts, it is necessary to implement and develop strategies that support the success of restructuring and provide clear boundaries regarding debtor criteria in each method of credit restructuring and effective risk management to avoid the risk of bad loans. Keywords: Restructuring, Non-Performing Loan, Panel data regression, AHP

Abstract. Retirement usually occurs in the age range of 55–65, depending on the type of job. However, during the COVID-19 pandemic, it may not be adequate to measure retirement only by age because many employees were forced to retire early. Thus, the issue of retirement planning has once again become a relevant issue to discuss. Most previous studies explain that retirement planning uses the theory of planned behavior, but unlike these, this study approaches retirement planning with the knowledge-based view theory. The theory of knowledge-based view can explain knowledge as a fundamental resource for an individual’s ability to plan retirement. Data was collected for this study from a survey for employees and professionals in Indonesia and was analyzed with PLS-SEM. Empirical evidence showed that knowledge sharing actually weakens the influence of family financial education on retirement planning. Therefore, it can be concluded that knowledge sharing cannot strengthen family education to make better retirement planning. This study also revealed the possibility that knowledge sharing could change employee retirement planning into other financial plans that are also beneficial for retirement. Keywords: Retirement planning; theory planned behavior; knowledge-based view; knowledge sharing; financial planning Abstrak. Kata kunci: Perencanaan pensiun; theory planned behavior; knowledge-based view; berbagi pengetahuan; perencanaan keuanga

Bravo is one of PT. XYZ's biggest oil fields and its fluid production is treated at Bravo Gathering Station. Lately, Bravo GS has been facing a serious production problem. Several oil producers are shut-in as the field production exceeds the processing capacity. This has resulted a significant amount of deferred-oil-production (DOP) and revenue loss. This research aims to identify the root cause and figure out the solution to eliminate constraints. Brainstorming and Focus Group Discussions with experts is extensively used in this research during problem analysis and alternative creation using Value Focused Thinking (VFT) approach. Multiple alternative solutions are developed, using safety, economic performance, cost efficiency, and execution cycle time as the decision criteria. Analytical Hierarchy Process is used in this research for decision making process, and Experts are requested to provide rating on pairwise comparisons of each criterion and alternative based on their technical knowledge and experience. The 3rd alternative solution which reduce the incoming water production through the water shut-off (WSO) job appears to be the best alternative solution according to the consolidated AHP result. The result indicates that this alternative has a very strong upside on safety, cost efficiency, and execution cycle-time criteria among other alternatives. Keywords: Deferred Oil Production (DOP), Constrained Production, Value-Focused Thinking (VFT), Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP
