Las mujeres en el cine español actual:La mirada de\nIcíar Bollaín e Isabel Coixet

本論文の目的は、現代のスペイン映画界における女性の状況について考察することである。スペイン映画界では、近年女性の存在が一層顕著になっているとはいえ、映画監督や脚本家、プロデューサーなどと言ったより重要なポストに占める女性の割合は全体の30％を占めるに過ぎず、決して多いとは言えない。女性監督が製作する作品において、女性たちは存在を示し、声をあげる。男女平等社会の推進に貢献するこれらの監督たちは、実際、なくてはならない存在である。 　本研究は、国内外で広く知られているイシアル・ボジャインとイサベル・コイシェという、最も重要な二人の女性監督に焦点を当てる。それぞれが独自の物語スタイルを有するが、両者に共通するのは今を生きている現実社会へのコミットメントや、女性の存在を可視化する繊細な表現や、古典的な映画で常に女性が果たしてきたステレオタイプとは異なる新しい女性像の造形である。この研究では、二人の監督が歩んできた道のりと、その映画を特徴づけている要素を分析すると同時に、現代社会において女性を正当な役割に位置づけようとする試みが評価できるいくつかの作品およびその登場人物について検証する。Este artículo tiene por objeto reflexionar sobre la situación de la mujer en el panorama cinematográfico español actual, en el que cada vez es más frecuente la contribución femenina. Sin embargo, se sigue observando una participación muy minoritaria en los puestos de más responsabilidad como directoras, guionistas o productoras, donde tan solo ocupan el 30%. En concreto, el papel de las directoras es esencial porque en sus películas dan presencia y voz a las mujeres, y contribuyen a fomentar una sociedad más igualitaria. 　 En este trabajo nos centraremos en la obra de las dos cineastas más importantes en el momento presente, Icíar Bollaín e Isabel Coixet, cuya trayectoria goza de un gran reconocimiento tanto nacional como internacional. Si bien cada una de estas directoras posee un estilo narrativo propio bien definido, ambas comparten su compromiso con la realidad social en la que viven, así como su sensibilidad hacia la mujer, a la que dan visibilidad y a la que hacen protagonista de sus obras en papeles alejados de los estereotipos femeninos típicos otorgados por el cine clásico. A lo largo de estas páginas se analizará la carrera de estas realizadoras y los elementos que caracterizan su cine. Asimismo, se examinarán algunas obras y algunos de sus personajes femeninos donde se puede apreciar su implicación en situar a la mujer en el papel que le corresponde en el mundo contemporáneo.13Pdepartmental bulletin pape

Ukraine Crisis (2022) and the U.S. Domestic Politics: Advent of ‘Rare Unity’ and After

ロシアによるウクライナへの全面的な侵攻（2022年）は、世界を大きく変え、国際政治の多くの分野に影響をもたらした。ヨーロッパ各国のエネルギー安全保障、世界の食糧安全保障、中央アジアの地政学、日本の防衛政策など、その衝撃が及んだ分野は幅広い。そしてこうした影響は、アメリカの国内政治にも及んでいる。 　今日の民主党と共和党は、ありとあらゆる問題をめぐって、対立を続けている。しかしウクライナ危機は、このようなアメリカに「稀な結束」をもたらすことになった。両党は揃ってロシアの「一方的な侵攻」を非難し、ウクライナへの連帯を表明した。ロシアに対する経済制裁と、ウクライナへの武器供与を通して、アメリカはウクライナの領土防衛を力強く支えている。 　しかし他方、アメリカの国内政治が、ウクライナ情勢を揺さぶる可能性があることも忘れてはならない。危機が長引くにつれて、侵攻直後に実現した「稀な結束」には、ほころびも見え始めている。特に共和党の側では、「声の大きな少数派」が、現行のウクライナ政策に対する反対の声を強めている。ウクライナとロシアを含め、全世界は、アメリカ国内のこうした動きを注視している。 　以上の点を踏まえ、本稿では、ウクライナ危機とアメリカ国内政治の連関について、一考を試みる。ロシアのウクライナ侵攻は、アメリカ社会全体に変化をもたらし、こうした変化については、先行研究でも分析がなされてきた。本稿では、こうした点に加えて、民主党と共和党の間に見られる微妙な差異にも注目する。具体的には、ウクライナ侵攻がもたらした衝撃・影響が、民主党の側でより大きく、より持続的であることを指摘する。Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine (2022) has changed the world, and impacted many realms of the world politics, such as European energy security, global food security, Central Asia’s geopolitics, and Japan’s defense policy. And the same is true for the U.S. domestic politics. 　 Republicans and Democrats are opposing each other on almost every issue. But the Ukraine crisis brought the ‘rare unity’ in the U.S. politics. After the invasion, they jointly opposed Russia’s ‘unprovoked invasion’, and showed solidarity with Ukraine. By sanctioning Russia and arming Ukraine, the U.S. robustly helps Ukraine to defend its own territory. 　 But at the same time, the U.S. domestic politics has a potential to make a difference, or change the situation in Ukraine. As the crisis drags on, ‘rare unity’ is beginning to fade away, and vocal minority of Republicans raise voices against ongoing U.S. policy on Ukraine. All the countries around the world are watching these developments inside the U.S. 　 In this paper, I try to figure out the relationship between the Ukraine crisis and the U.S. domestic politics. The Ukraine crisis caused a huge shift in the U.S. society as a whole. But Dems’ shift is bigger and longer than that of GOP.
