BASIC STUDENT LEADERSHIP TRAINING AND ISLAMIC GATHERING IN SHAPING THE LEADERSHIP CHARACTER OF GENERATION-Z IN SMK INFORMATIKA SERANG CITY
The purpose of this study is to find out how SMK Informatika Kota Serang forms leadership character in its students who are generation-Z. Leadership is the art of influencing and directing others to achieve common goals using principles such as obedience, trust, honour and cooperation. This leadership spirit is possessed by every generation, including Generation Z. The characteristics of this generation have a speciality that is close to technology because since birth they have known technology, growing up with the advancement of smartphones and social media. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. Data collection was done through observation and literature study. Observations were made of the Basic Student Leadership Training and Islamic Gathering activities attended by students of SMK Informatika Kota Serang. Literature study was conducted by reviewing activity documents and literature on leadership. Based on the results of the study obtained information that the Basic Student Leadership Training (LDKS) and Islamic Gathering programme. LDKS and Islamic Gathering programmes have great potential to shape leadership character in Generation Z which is supported by strong exposure to technology. LDKS can bridge Generation Z in developing the ability to lead, communicate, cooperate, overcome challenges more effectively and increase motivation and self-confidence. And Islamic Gathering activities as a character application habituation programme can shape students to have good and effective leader characters.
THE INFLUENCE OF INVESTIGATION GROUP TYPE COOPERATIVE LEARNING ON THE CRITICAL THINKING ABILITY OF STUDENTS OF THE ISLAMIC RELIGIOUS EDUCATION PROGRAM UNIVERSITY OF SINGAPERBANGSA KARAWANG
This research aims to determine the effect of group investigation learning (X) on the critical thinking abilities (Y) of PAI undergraduate students at Singaperbangsa University Karawang. The research method used a quantitative approach with a relational study type, and the research population was 1140 students with a purposive sampling technique. The research sample was set at 110 students; the instruments used were questionnaires and project-based performance test results. Group Investigation Cooperative Learning, 16% in the low category, 69% in the medium category, and 15% in the high category. So, the cooperative learning group, the Investigation of Islamic Religious Education students, is in the medium category. Students\u27 critical thinking ability is 7% in the low category, 79% in the medium category, and 14% in the high category. So, learning essential thinking skills for Islamic Religious Education students is in the medium category. The R Square value = 0.756; thus, it can be concluded that there is an influence of group investigation learning (X) on critical thinking abilities (Y) of PAI S-1 students at Singaperbangsa University Karawang of 75.6%. In comparison, 24.4% is influenced by other variables that are not variables in this research
THE CONTRIBUTION OF DIGITAL PROFESSIONAL LEARNING COMMUNITY ACTIVITY STAGES TO TEACHER LEARNING PERFORMANCE COMPONENTS IN JAKARTA HIGH SCHOOLS
This study aims to analyse the contribution of digital Professional Learning Community (PLC) activity stages to the components of teacher learning performance in Senior High Schools (SMA) in DKI Jakarta. The three aspects of performance studied include: teacher learning performance (jargu), peer learning (jarse), and professional development (karpro). This study used a quantitative method with multiple regression design, involving 133 teachers from seven schools in five areas of Jakarta. The analysis showed that the implementation stage of digital PLC contributed the most to teachers\u27 learning performance by 58.7%, while evaluation affected professional development by 58.2%, and planning contributed to peer learning by 40.6%. Overall, the regression model shows that all the variables of the digital PLC activity stages simultaneously have a significant positive effect on improving teacher learning performance, with a coefficient of determination of 79.2%. These findings highlight the importance of school support in facilitating digital PLC activities to improve teaching quality and teacher professionalism.
ISLAMIC RELIGIOUS EDUCATION LEARNING POLICY AFTER COVID 19 IN MADRASAH IBTIDAIYAH AND ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS
The COVID-19 pandemic has changed the education paradigm around the world, including in Indonesia. The focus of this journal is to investigate post-pandemic Islamic religious education learning policies in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah and Primary Schools. This study aims to analyse the strategies and policies adopted by these educational institutions in facing the challenges of distance learning and the implementation of health protocols. The research methods used were case studies and in-depth interviews with key stakeholders such as school principals, teachers, parents and students themselves. Data was analysed using a qualitative approach to describe the changes in learning strategies, the role of technology in teaching Islam, and the challenges and opportunities faced in the adaptation process. The results show variations in the implementation of learning policies, depending on technological infrastructure, availability of human resources and parental support. Nonetheless, Islamic religious education remains a top priority with an emphasis on religious and moral values amid the global health crisis. The implications of this study are the need for improved technological infrastructure, more intensive teacher training in online learning and the important role of families in supporting religious education at home
TRANSFORMATION OF ISLAMIC RELIGIOUS EDUCATION LEARNING IN THE ERA OF INDEPENDENT CURRICULUM: CREATIVITY OF ISLAMIC RELIGIOUS EDUCATION TEACHER SMAN 2 LUBUK DALAM RIAU PROVINCE
This research discusses the transformation of Islamic Religious Education learning in the era of Merdeka Curriculum, focusing on the creativity of Islamic Religious Education teachers at SMAN 2 Lubuk Dalam, Riau Province. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method to describe changes and innovations in teaching Islamic Religious Education. The research subject was the Islamic Education teacher at the school. Data were collected through three main methods: observation, interview, and documentation, to get a comprehensive picture of learning practices. To ensure the validity and credibility of the data, this study used triangulation techniques. The results of the study are expected to provide insight into how Islamic Religious Education teachers adapt and apply creativity in their teaching in accordance with the demands of Merdeka Curriculum or this term is known as differentiated learning
CHARACTER EDUCATION-BASED ECOTOURISM DEVELOPMENT IN KERUJUK ECOTOURISM VILLAGE NORTH LOMBOK
This study aims to explain the efforts made by the Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis) of Kerujuk Ecotourism Village in community-based character education. Efforts are based on the realization that building character that has concern for the preservation of the natural environment is very important through a systematic and synergistic educational process between school education and community education. The research method uses a qualitative approach, with a case study type. Data collection through observation, interviews and documentation of activities carried out by Pokdarwis and the community of Kerujuk Ecotourism Village. The results showed that the Pokdarwis of Kerujuk Ecotourism Village initiated and implemented things that lead to the formation of the character of a generation who cares about fellow humans and also the surrounding nature. Ecotourism development is carried out by involving various levels of society, government, religious leaders, community leaders, educational leaders, youth leaders, and school-age children. Activities that support character education are mutual cooperation, compensation for orphans and the elderly, and educational games
CHARACTER EDUCATION IN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL STUDENTS IN PALEMBANG CITY: A Study of Curriculum Implementation and Character Learning during the Covid-19 Pandemic
This study aims to explain the pattern of character education during the covid-19 pandemic and see the learn from home policy on weakening the character of elementary school students in Palembang City. The outbreak of the covid-19 pandemic has forced schools to change the tradition and model of implementing education. Basic education institutions must adapt quickly to the covid-19 emergency. The learn from home (LFH) policy has formed a new habit where teachers must use a full online learning system. The implementation of online learning has had an impact on weakening student character. This phenomenological qualitative research succeeded in finding the fact that the character education curriculum development model in elementary schools during the covid-19 pandemic tends to be unclear. The obstacles experienced by teachers in educating character during the Covid-19 pandemic include the absence of school management support in the form of support for learning tools and the weak understanding of teachers and internet-based learning models. The weakening of character in elementary school students is quite serious as a result of the LFH learning system in the form of the emergence of bad attitudes such as annoyance, sadness, anger, low self-esteem, lack of enthusiasm, lack of discipline as a result of the ineffectiveness of the online learning system
THE ROLE OF PARENTAL SUPPORT ON LEARNING ACHIEVEMENT OF JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS IN YOGYAKARTA
One of the important parts of a person\u27s life is an achievement. because the desire to achieve is part of the social motives that a person has. Among the social motives is the motive to achieve because it will be able to improve performance and try to achieve maximum achievement. Achievement in the world of education is a consequence of various interests that connect various factors including family, community, school, peers and the students themselves. This study aims to determine the contribution of parental support to junior high school student achievement. This research design is to reveal various things that are summarized in a construct or dynamics of parental support on achievement. The research subjects were 248 junior high school students in Yogyakarta. Data collection in this study used a qualitative survey method with open-ended question type interviews. The results showed that the contribution of direct social support from the family played the most role in achievement, which amounted to 84.4 percent in the subject, followed by friends by 7.0 percent and teachers by 5.8%. From these results it is clear that the contribution of direct social support from family followed by friends and teachers is the most instrumental contribution to student achievement

The purpose of this study was to analyse the implementation of boarding school leaders\u27 management in improving the morals of students along with internal and external factors at Sabilil Rasyad Islamic Boarding School. This research method uses a qualitative method. The results of this study found that the implementation of the management of Sabilil Rasyad Islamic Boarding School in Kedurang in the study year included: Management in the aspect of student affairs, namely the admission of new students, intracurricular and extracurricular activities and the release of students who have completed the education level, Management in the aspect of the environment Management in this aspect of the environment is related to the parents of students and community members, Management in the aspect of moral development is carried out by means of; Giving advice, such as reprimanding when doing land, Inviting always to attend majlis ta\u27lim and telling children to pray diligently
THE IMPACT OF CONTEXTUAL TEACHING AND LEARNING APPROACH ON CREATIVE THINKING ABILITIES IN ESSENTIAL GRADE IV INPRES TAMAMAUNG III MAKASSAR CITY
This study uses quantitative research with a quasi-experiment. It aims to determine the effect of using the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) approach on students\u27 creative thinking skills. The design used was a post-test-only control group design. This research was conducted in class IV UPT SPF SD Inpres Tamamaung III Makassar City, Even Semester, 2022/2023 Academic Year. The population in this study were all students of SD Inpres Tamamaung III Makassar City. The sampling technique in this study used the Simple Random Sampling technique. The sample in this study in the experimental class was Class IVA, which amounted to 25 students, and the control class was class IVB, which amounted to 25 students. The research instruments were observation sheets, questionnaires, and learning outcomes tests. Data analysis techniques using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. 1) The Contextual Teaching Learning (CTL) approach affects the creative thinking ability of fourth-grade students of SD Inpres Tamamaung III Makassar City
