Les infections à Clostridioides difficile chez les patients atteints de Covid-19 au niveau de l’EPH Remchi

Alors que le monde s'attelle à la lutte contre la pandémie de Covid-19, une menace silencieuse émerge dans les coulisses. Les infections à Clostridioides difficile, une redoutable bactérie nosocomiale, se propagent parmi les patients atteints du Sars-Cov2, aggravant davantage leur état de santé déjà précaire. Cette bactérie opportuniste est responsable d'une infection gastro-intestinale sévère. L'objectif de cette enquête épidémiologique est de mettre en évidence cette double menace au sein du service de médecine interne de l'EPH Remchi (Tlemcen) et d'identifier les facteurs de risque associés à la co-infection Covid-19/ C.difficile. Ainsi, une enquête rétrospective cas-témoins a été menée en analysant les dossiers médicaux des patients admis au service de médecine interne entre janvier 2020 et février 2023. Les patients atteints la Covid- 19 ayant développé ultérieurement une infection à Clostridioides difficile accompagnée de diarrhée étaient considérés comme des cas, tandis que ceux atteints uniquement de Covid-19 étaient considérés comme des témoins. Parmi les 27 cas confirmés de Covid-19 pendant la période de l'étude, 15 (56%) étaient co-infectés par C. difficile et 12 (44%) étaient uniquement atteints de Covid-19. L'évolution clinique était favorable chez 22 patients (81%), tandis que 5 (19%) décès ont été enregistrés. La mortalité était plus élevée chez les patients co-infectés par C. difficile que chez ceux atteints uniquement la Covid-19. Afin d'établir la corrélation entre l’infection à C. difficile et la Covid-19, une analyse en composantes principales (ACP) et de la régression logistique a été réalisée. L’ACP a révélé une association de l’infection à C. difficile avec l’âge et les marqueurs biologiques tels que le VGM, LYM, TCMH, GB et les GR. Les résultats de la régression logistique binaire montrent une association statistiquement significative entre l’ICD et le taux de monocytes, l’hématocrite et le VGM. Une augmentation de taux de monocytes et d’hématocrite dans le sang exerce un effet protecteur contre l’ICD de l’ordre de 24% et 62% respectivement. Cependant l’augmentation de taux de VGM est associée à une augmentation du risque de l’ICD d’environ 7%. Des mesures de prévention doivent être mises en place dans le but de réduire les risques de co-infection à Clostridioides difficile

الهدف من هذه الدراسة إبراز دور الاصلاح الضريبي سواء التشريعي أو الإدا ري في تحسين الأداء الضريبي للمؤسسات الاقتصادية في الجزائر ، من خلال التركيز على أهم أبعاد الإصلاح الضريبي واعتبارها كمتغيرات مستقلة، هذه الأبعاد تتمثل أساسا في في الهيللة الإدارية الحديثة والضرائب المستحدثة والامتيازات الجبائية إضافة إلى التسيير الجبائي والحوكمة الجبائية . ولاية جزائرية، ، والآخر موجه لعينة ملونة من 51 مؤسسة إقتصادية على مستوى 230بعد تحليل نتائج إستبيانين أحدهما موجه لعينة ملونة من ولاية جزائرية، إضافة إلى تحليل إحصائي لمجموعة من البيانات 52 من موظفي وإطارات ضريبية في في مختلف الإدارات جبائية على مستوى 300 ) 2025-2002 المتعلقة بالإيرادات الجبائية على المستوى الوطني (الفترة توصلنا إلى أن الإصلاح الضريبي في الجزائر ساهم إلى حد ما في تحسين الاداء الضريبي للمؤسسات الاقتصادية في الجزائر، مع تسجيل بعض النقائص التي يؤدي التحلم فيها إلى زيادة فعالية الإصلاح الجبائي على مستوى الإقتصاد الللي والجزئي ، أهمها ظاهرة التهرب الضريبي وضخامة مبالغ بواقي التحصيل والتللفة المرتفعة لتحصيل الضريبة

Adopting Absurdism in Science Fiction: Depicting the Meaninglessness of life in Rick and Morty

This research deals with the analysis of the science fiction sitcom Rick and Morty, solely within the philosophical and the literary area concerned with absurdism. In the case of this dissertation, the inclusion of the philosophy of absurdism in Rick and Morty, triggered the curiosity upon the way absurdist philosophical beliefs are explored through the literary elements of the show. Additionally, it delineates the science fiction genre’s convenience in unraveling the absurdist vision that stands for the futility of existence, by providing the most pertinent atmosphere. The work consists of two chapters; the first one covers the required theoretical facets, that authorises the analysis carried in the second chapter. The latter mainly undertakes a practical scanning of philosophical and literary concepts, specifically concerned with absurdism being an entity of both a philosophy and a literature, which could be best rendered through the genre of science fiction in the sitcom of Rick and Morty. Cette recherche porte sur l'analyse de la sitcom de science-fiction Rick et Morty, uniquement dans le domaine philosophique et littéraire concerné par l'absurde. Dans le cas de cette thèse, l'inclusion de la philosophie de l'absurde dans Rick et Morty a suscité la curiosité sur la manière dont les croyances philosophiques absurdes sont explorées à travers les éléments littéraires de l'émission. De plus, il délimite la commodité du genre science-fiction pour démêler la vision absurde qui représente la futilité de l'existence, en fournissant l'atmosphère la plus pertinente. Le travail se compose de deux chapitres; la première couvre les facettes théoriques requises, ce qui autorise l'analyse portée dans le deuxième chapitre. Ce dernier entreprend principalement un balayage pratique des concepts philosophiques et littéraires, spécifiquement concerné par l'absurdisme étant une entité à la fois d'une philosophie et d'une littérature, qui pourrait être mieux rendue à travers le genre de la sciencefiction dans la sitcom de Rick et Morty

Code Switching in Relation to the Field of Study: Case of Students in Tlemcen University

This study aims to analyze the main factors that lead to the phenomenon of code switching between Algerian dialect and French at the university of Abou Baker Belkaid in Tlemcen. Interpretation in general is one of the most types of professions that require an exceptional and high level of focus. The interpreter has the largest role in managing and facilitating the process of communication between the sending and receiving parties. In fact, the task of interpretation is not an easy issue, but rather a complex and precise issue. Because it is an intellectual and creative activity based on acquiring cognitive contents and working to transmit these contents in various ways, and in a professional manner based on good listening, understanding, analysis, and communicating the message in a very specific time. It also highlights the importance of the need for an interpreter in international conferences that are dominated by the political, social or even academic subject of study. What are the basic patterns to ensure the quality of professional interpretation from a distance, which has imposed itself forcibly in light of the pandemic? What future for the interpreter in a sector that is still reeling from the repercussions of the pandemic or other crises in the future? In this study on Islamic vocabulary, I have addressed the difficulties faced by translators in translating it. The objective importance of my subject is that a correct understanding of vocabulary is a way to spread Islamic Da'wa , for all nations by translating it with its equivalent vocabulary into the target language , in this study I adopted a comparative analytical descriptive approach that included two research chapters in addition to the introduction and conclusion. In the first chapter, I dealt with a theoretical study of the concept of Islamic vocabulary and its importance, then I moved to the religious translation because this is the field of our study and its different methods, and then I presented the history of the prophetic Hadith. ,and how they write it until it reaches to tell the Hadith in the sense and its relationship with the translation of the Hadith. The second chapter is the practical part , which reflects what has been studied on the theoretical one. Where I made a comment on the typical translations of Ezzedine Ibrahim and Dennis Johnson for my study model the Forty Hadiths of An-Nawawi in which I tried to compare the original and translated texts, through which the methods and Challenges that is faced by translators were shown , their techniques vary from the use of audio drawing of words and to keep its Arabic version as well as to find appropriate equivalents very close to the meaning to be desired in the context of the Hadiths in addition to the use of vocabulary explanations between brackets . I concluded my research with the results and possible solutions which are: - Islamic vocabulary requires that is being translated by equivalents and words, given its multiplicity of meanings depending on the contexts used, so it is not possible to find many of the equivalents in English and therefore not all meanings of the contexts contained in the Hadiths can be covered . - To translate the vocabulary and meanings of prophetic hadiths, you must necessarily refer to correct interpretations and explanatory books to understand the intended meanings without the misinterpretations of translators

Notre étude menée dans le cadre d'un mémoire de master ayant comme intitulé l'Étude des marques autobiographique dans Le Fils du pauvre de Mouloud Feraoun, une œuvre qui appartient à la littérature Maghrébine. Notre roman c'est un récit autobiographique où l'écrivain raconte sa propre vie personnelle. Cependant notre souci s'est fixé sur le thème de la présence de l'écrivain dans son roman que nous avons analysé. Nous nous sommes basés sur une méthode analytique.
