Collaborative Governance dalam Mengatasi Angka Pengangguran Terbuka oleh Dinas Tenaga Kerja, Transmigrasi, dan Energi Provinsi DKI Jakarta
This study aims to describe and analyse collaborative governance in addressing open unemployment at the Jakarta Provincial Manpower, Transmigration, and Energy Agency (Disnakertransgi). The theory used is the collaborative process model Ansell and Gash (2007), which includes face-to-face dialogue, trust building, commitment to the process, shared understanding, and intermediate outcomes. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results show that the collaboration between the Jakarta Disnakertransgi with the Jakarta Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Kadin) and the DKI Jakarta Indonesian Employers' Association (Apindo) has been active and productive through various programs such as job fairs, industry-based job training, and labour communication forums. This collaboration is characterised by productive face-to-face dialogue, strong trust building between parties, high commitment to the process, shared understanding of goals, and the achievement of significant intermediate outcomes, such as increased job placements and training programs tailored to industry needs. Collaboration has gradually reduced the open unemployment rate, but unemployment has risen again due to weak economic growth that has led to layoffs and a large number of productive-age workers
Pengaruh Pemberian Konsentrasi Zat Pengatur Tumbuh dan Dosis Pupuk NPK Phonska Plus terhadap Pertumbuhan dan Hasil Tanaman Terung Ungu (Solanum Melongena L.)
Purple eggplant (Solanum melongena L.) is a high-value horticultural crop with increasing market demand due to its rich nutritional content. However, current production levels have not kept pace with this rising demand. This study aimed to evaluate the optimal combination of Dekamon plant growth regulator (PGR) concentrations and NPK Phonska Plus fertilizer doses on the growth and yield of purple eggplant. A factorial experiment was conducted using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with two factors: PGR concentrations (0, 2, and 4 ml/l) and NPK fertilizer doses (800, 1,000, and 1,200 kg/ha). The results showed a significant interaction between PGR and fertilizer treatments. The best combination was 2 ml/l Dekamon with 1,000 kg/ha NPK (D1N2), which significantly improved plant height, number of leaves, number and weight of fruits per plant, and yield per harvest period. Meanwhile, the combination of 4 ml/l Dekamon and 1,200 kg/ha NPK (D2N3) was most effective in increasing total fruit weight and fruit diameter. PGR treatment alone significantly affected all parameters except fruitset percentage, while NPK fertilizer treatment significantly affected all variables except days to flowering and fruit length
PRA RANCANGAN PABRIK NATRIUM BENZOAT DARI ASAM BENZOAT DAN NATRIUM KARBONAT DENGAN PROSES NETRALISASI KAPASITAS 45.000 TON/TAHUN
A Sodium Benzoate factory will be established in Java Integrated Industrial and Port Estate (JIIPE), Gresik, utilizing Benzoic Acid and Sodium Carbonate through a Neutralization Process. The primary raw materials include Benzoic Acid (C7H6O2) and Sodium Carbonate (Na2CO3), while Activated Carbon serves as a supporting material for product bleaching. The production process involves three key stages: raw material preparation where Sodium Carbonate is dissolved to achieve a 20% concentration, neutralization where Benzoic Acid reacts with Sodium Carbonate to form Sodium Benzoate with a 99% conversion rate, and product purification which includes separation, water content reduction, crystallization, drying, cooling, and size standardization. The Sodium Benzoate is then temporarily stored in a silo before packaging and warehousing
KINERJA LINGKUNGAN DAN INOVASI PERUSAHAAN : PERAN STRATEGIS KEPEMILIKAN INSTITUSIONAL SEBAGAI PEMODERASI
This study aims to examine the impact of environmental performance on corporate innovation and analyze the role of institutional ownership as a moderating variable. The increasingly crucial issue of sustainability has prompted companies, especially in the manufacturing sector, to adopt environmentally friendly practices that are believed to encourage innovation. However, the relationship between environmental performance and innovation still yields mixed results, depending on contextual factors such as corporate ownership structure. This study employs a quantitative approach using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis on 150 observations from 30 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and participating in the PROPER program during the period 2019–2023. The results indicate that environmental performance has a significant negative impact on corporate innovation. However, institutional ownership was found to positively and significantly moderate this relationship. These findings suggest that the presence of strong institutional investors can act as a catalyst in driving innovation amid environmental performance demands. This study has implications for policymakers and investors that appropriate ownership governance can create a balance between sustainability and corporate innovation in developing countries
Implementasi Kebijakan Sistem Boarding Pass Di Terminal Purabaya
This research aims to conduct an in-depth study on the implementation of the boarding pass service policy in improving services at Purabaya Terminal. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. This research refers to the policy implementation model proposed by Van Meter and Van Horn (1975), which consists of six variables, including policy standards and objectives, resources, characteristics of implementing organizations, inter-organizational communication, attitudes of implementers, and the socio-economic and political environment. The six variables aim to assess policy implementation. Here are the research findings
obtained: (1) The standards and policy objectives indicate that the division of passenger zones has met the Minister of Transportation Regulation No. 24 of 2021; (2) Resources have been implemented through the availability of adequate staff; (3) The characteristics of the implementing organization are structured and scheduled; (4) Inter-organizational communication shows that it has not been fully implemented because some bus operators refuse; (5) The attitudes of the implementers overall possess knowledge of the new system; (6) The socioeconomic and political environment is capable of implementing the boarding pass system socially by meeting passenger needs with a sense of security, economically by increasing company revenue, and politically by cooperating with the government. Therefore, the implementation of the boarding pass system has not been fully well-implemented. Keywords: Implementation, Public Policy, Boarding Pass, Purabaya Termina
Analisis Pengaruh Pertumbuhan Ekonomi, Tingkat Kemiskinan, Dan UMK Terhadap Tingkat Pengangguran Terbuka di Kota Malang
This study investigates the effects of economic growth, poverty, and regional minimum
wages (UMK) on the open unemployment rate (TPT) in Malang City during 2014–2024.
Using a quantitative approach with annual time series data from BPS, multiple linear
regression is employed. The results show that economic growth and UMK have no
significant effect on TPT, while poverty has a significant positive effect. This indicates that
poverty remains a key driver of unemployment, whereas economic output and wage policy
have limited impact, possibly due to informal labor dominance. The coefficient of
determination (R²) of 86.4% indicates ofthe variance in unemployment, emphasizing the
need for poverty-focused and inclusive labor market strategies.

Transformasi Digital Aktivitas Kehumasan Pemerintah Kabupaten Sidoarjo (Studi Kualitatif Deskriptif Adopsi AI dari Perspektif The New Media Theory)
Rapid technological developments, especially artificial intelligence (AI), have brought significant changes to various sectors, including government public relations. This study examines the implementation and impact of AI adoption in the public relations activities of the Sidoarjo Regency Government, as well as the strategies implemented to improve the digital competence of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in meeting public information needs. Using a descriptive qualitative approach and Pierre Levy's New Media Theory, this study analyzes how AI-based digital transformation of public relations affects the government's internal communication patterns. The results of the study show that the Sidoarjo Regency Government has utilized AI technically by optimizing the use of Instagram as the main channel for public communication in content production. Optimizing this channel reflects the New Media Theory's view of social interaction, but is not yet fully in line with the Social Integration view. Challenges such as gaps in understanding human resources, facility support, and low levels of public participation are still obstacles. The limitations of Public Relations Institutions in each Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD) are also a crucial factor that affects the quality of public communication. This study concludes that the public relations activities carried out by the Public Relations of the Sidoarjo Regency Government are the Two-Way Asymmetric Model by Grunig and Hunt and the digital transformation in Sidoarjo shows positive progress, supported by a structured "roadmap" strategy, but requires ongoing efforts in improving HR competencies and procuring adequate public relations roles to build stronger public trust

Currently, technological advancements are accelerating, leading to intense business competition among
entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurs leverage technology to improve the performance and profitability of their companies. Many
companies are starting to implement Information Systems to ensure their operations run smoothly. The supply chain
division has become one of the most important parts in managing the company's operations from start to finish. However,
the transition to Information Systems or digitalization faces several challenges for employees, resulting in a decline in
performance due to the difficulty of adapting to the digital era.
The Multiple Linear Regression
method involves more than one independent variable. With this analysis, we can understand the extent and direction in
which the independent variables affect the dependent variable. The sampling was conducted by distributing questionnaires
to 50 employees in the supply chain division. The data from this questionnaire will be analyzed using SPSS software to
obtain more accurate results. Hasil uji SPSS dari regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa nilai koefisien regresi untuk
ketiga variabel, yaitu kemudahan penggunaan Sistem Informasi, ketersediaan dan kualitas data waktu nyata, serta
tingkat otomatisasi & efisiensi proses, memiliki nilai positif. Therefore, it can be concluded that if the values of the three
variables increase, the performance of the Supply Chain division will improve
IMPLEMENTASI ENSEMBLE LEARNING UNTUK ANALISIS SENTIMEN PADA APLIKASI REKU
The popularity of cryptocurrency in Indonesia has experienced significant growth, as reflected in the increasing number of crypto investors and improving transaction volumes. With the growing public interest in financial applications like Reku, sentiment analysis has become an essential tool to understand user opinions and satisfaction. However, conventional sentiment analysis methods have limitations in processing the complexity of language and meaning in user reviews.
This study applies an ensemble learning approach by combining three classification architectures: Convolutional Neural Network (CNN), Support Vector Machine (SVM) with Word2Vec embedding, and the transformer-based model IndoBERT. The performance of each individual model as well as their combined ensemble results is evaluated using soft voting and weighted soft voting methods. The evaluation is carried out using accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score metrics to measure the impact of model combination on improving sentiment analysis accuracy. Experimental results show that the ensemble learning approach with the weighted soft voting method achieves the best accuracy of 91%, outperforming each individual model. As an implementation, the optimal model is developed into a web-based application using Streamlit, which can be used as a tool to evaluate user opinions on the Reku application. This application is capable of achieving an accuracy of 90% in classifying user sentiments
