Utilization webGIS to map the distribution of health facilities in Tanjung Senang subdistrict Bandar Lampung City
Background: Obstacles and problems in a developing health a facilities in the city of Bandar Lampung still occur in the Tanjung Senang subdistrict. Currently, there is no mapping of the distribution of health facilities in the area that is made spatially, attractively, and can be easily accessed by the wider community. Methods: This research aims to solve this problem by mapping the distribution of health facilities based on WebGIS, where all information on each health facility will be displayed spatially using QGIS, QGIS2Web plugin, leaflet, and webhosting. This research method is quantitative descriptive. Findings: The resulting product is WebGIS for the distribution of health facilities in Tanjung Senang District. The WebGIS that has been created is then validated by GIS experts, grammar experts, pragmatic experts, and users. Conclusion: The result of this research is the creation of a WebGIS which contains information on the distribution of health facilities (geographical conditions, accessibility, infrastructure, health workers, non-health workers, health services, and other supporting facilities). The score from the usability test was 86.05%. So that the WebGIS that has been created is very feasible, effective, and provides sufficient satisfaction for its users

Strain sebagai pendorong mahasiswa menggunakan pinjol ilegal: Analisis viktimisasi mahasiswa korban pinjol ilegal
Background: The cases range from socialization that requires students to participate in using online loans, to murders with the motive of paying for online loans. Illegal online loans cases continue to push the urgency of research that analyzes why many students become users of illegal online loans. Findings: Although the number of students using illegal online loans continues to increase, the victimization experience of students using illegal online loans is still very little researched. Student status places someone as an academic, someone who is highly educated and has critical and analytical thinking skills. Methods: This study uses a critical criminology method with the use of a qualitative approach to produce strain analysis. This study uses data mining with a qualitative approach with a structured interview methodology. This study also found that the impact of illegal online loans on students is very disruptive to their lives on a large scale and in the long term. Conclusion: Students experience losses from the burden of illegal online loan costs which are very large because financial exploitation through interest and hidden fees is very large due to their limited financial capabilities. The magnitude of financial losses from illegal online loans greatly disrupts students' academic lives. Many students have to drop out of college due to limited funds or because they have to focus on finding income to cover the financial losses from illegal online loan exploitation. The terror, intimidation, threats, and violence experienced by students disrupt their mental and physical health. Students have to live in conditions without security for a long period of time when they become users of illegal online loans. Many students who are victims of illegal online loans suffer from mental disorders that interfere with their ability to live their lives. Long-term student recovery requires psychiatric care that takes a lot of effort, time, and money
Drought zone monitoring with remote sensing technology in Metro City, Indonesia
Background: Lampung Province, Indonesia, is prone to drought, with 232 villages experiencing drought in recent years according to data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). Metro City, a region within Lampung Province, is particularly susceptible to drought, as evidenced by a decrease in agricultural production due to drought conditions observed during a three-month period (December 2021–February 2022). Despite the agricultural sector being a crucial economic driver in the region, drought poses significant challenges. Remote Sensing and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) technologies offer efficient methods for identifying drought-prone areas with precision and accuracy. Methods: This research employs digital image processing techniques, specifically image transformation using various vegetation index algorithms such as the Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI), Normalized Difference Water Index (NDWI), and Normalized Difference Drought Index (NDDI). Landsat 8 OLI satellite imagery is utilized for data analysis, with Quantum GIS serving as the primary application for image processing. Findings: The research findings reveal the distribution of drought-prone zones on agricultural land in Metro City. Conclusion: The Central Metro District exhibits the lowest severity of drought classification, with an agricultural land area of 68.88 hectares classified as experiencing very severe drought. Conversely, the North Metro District is identified as having the most severe drought conditions, encompassing an area of 537.69 hectares
